Jacob, Zaeed, and Samara. Almost never used those squaddies unless I had to.

Hey, I loved Zaeed. He's my kind of b*****d. Samara is a strong and beautiful old woman. I always did like older women.
And although Jacob was kind of boring he still has his uses.

Only if I had to:
Jacob
Thane (as he's dying)
Grunt as Wrex is infinitely superior

This. I tried to romance her... I did, but she's such a turn off.

In my last playthrough, casualties were:
Jack
Kasumi
Thane
Garrus
Mordin
if I had to pick a preference, I would drop Zaeed (Can never really trust Mercs), Jack (She can go psycho at any trigger), and I guess Grunt (Sure its gonna ****** off the Krogans whom trusted me with his safety but I really prefer Wrex as my bloodthirsty rager).
Out of them all, the ones I would prefer live are Tali and Garrus (They have been with Shepard since the beginning) and Legion (because who doesn't want their own personal battle-bot).

None. I neither roleplay a sociopathic/psychopathic Shepard, nor make such meta-decisions as which squadmates I'd like dead.

None but if I had to?
Zaeed, Samara, and...
See this last one is tough and it comes down to three: Thane, Jacob, and me (well Shepard). If I knew with certainty that the reapers would be stopped, the Council would heed the evidence and that whatever alliances were formed would hold without my stewardship then yes I would take the bullet or fall from the Normandy or what have you. Since that is very unlikely...
Jacob or Thane ironically. I'm hesitant with Thane because yes he is dying but he has a son and who knows - maybe a breakthrough will happen and a cure will be developed. Jacob because he has no real close family and, let's face it, he's a grunt and in the grand scheme of things a person Shepard could afford to lose.

If you were forced too? Even though I always keep them all.
Well, I guess it would be.
Samara, Thane, and...Tali.
I don't dislike them or anything, I just don't find them as thriveting as other characters.
And personally, from a guys point of view, Jacob isnt to bad. I didn't really find him boring like most here do. Just because he doesn't reveal some deep dark secret about himself, display a bunch of emotions, doesnt make him a bad character.
I'll admit though, after watching his romance on youtube...if they didn't botch that up, I bet he would be one of the favorites.

This was key in my decision to kill her off. Not to mention her boring side-quest that was only worth doing to see your Shepard do a neck-breaking interrupt. And the message her sister sends you afterward. Oh, man. So stupid.
Butterface is a good way to put a nice little ribbon on it, though.

It's awesome when one says they would kill off Thane because he's dying anyway.
Anyway, this is a tough one for me since I really like all of them, but I'm thinking Grunt, Jacob, and perhaps Zaeed.
I know, I already found that strangely ironic.
Thane: "I'm already dying!"
ME2 fans: "Die faster!"
If I had to choose...
Grunt - One-dimensional and primarily dull character.
Thane - I like him, even enough to have in one of my Shepard's rotation. I merely prefer others more.
Tali - Strictly a metagaming decision here. While I love her character, she is completely worthless as a squad mate. Legion's recruitment is just insult to injury for her.

Easy two:
Jacob - I still can't understand why I need in him at first time.
Grunt - I prefer more intelligent types.
Not so easy one:
Garrus or Tali. Lack of character development, not so many dialogues.
If the temporary squadmates counts, I'd gladly kill Liara.

I'd have to disagree with the lack of character development for Garrus and Tali. If anything they've come far since ME1.
But anyway, kill someone off? Can only think of Miranda. She died on my canon playthrough anyway, but it was really annoying how she's probably the one squad member that's hardest to kill.

Two of which might not even have a chance of being in ME3
