2 weeks ago while ordering presents from play.com i treated myself to Dragon age:origins ultimate edition due to snow its only just arrived so i was rather excited and went straight to installing the game. while it was installing i decided read the manual where it says i need validate my code to access the DLC so i pulled out the piece of paper to find where the code should be i just have a white blank box after an extra week of waiting for this game to arrive im not pleased that somehow either the codes been removed (the box was sealed when it arrived) or someones just forgot to print it on the paper how am i suposed to access the DLC now?

well in case anyone else has this issue i got it sorted by contacting the EA live support make sure youve registered the game to your account and have your 20 digit serial code ready the guy linked me serial codes for each addon so i could redeem them and now it all works nicely
would be nice to know how i ended up with a blank piece of paper in my box but oh well

I'm glad you got the code & got it all authorized, Live support you say? I hear people seem to get it done (that is the Live support seems to work, atleast better than the email support), ironically I ordered it digitally with EA Store but they didn't send me the DLC code, except I've yet to receive any help from either. I bought the game last Saturday, so I've had the game with the DLC sitting installed but unauthorized. I might try Live Support, it's the only way I haven't made contact so far.

Log in to Support.ea.com & use the "Contact Us" area, go through the steps similar to emailing them, they don't have Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition, so I chose Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening & choose technical support, at that point you can either continue with email or go into live chat.
I'll just note that just now I went into live chat & it were far more helpful, I explain the issue, gave the rep my order number & they gave me the DLC codes for the site here, 4 of the DLC items weren't provided (as I checked in game) so I let them know & they adjusted it themselves so I have it credited to my account & now I have all the content authorized.
So simply put, the Live chat is the way to go if you want to get the DLC authorized if you bought the Ultimate Edition from the EA Store but didn't get the DLC code in the email.
