My take on the subject is just to wait and see.

Now on the subject of metagaming. I do it. I will use outside character builds and information in-game, fluff and immersion is all well and good but sometimes having that outside information can prevent pitfalls like say trying to do Morrigan's romance arc.

On the subject of Zev being back, this pleases me. To hell what he looks like in that one screenshot, when we first saw Carver everyone thought he had a derp face and after playing the demo he's a perfectly good looking guy when his model's in motion.

Plus with Zev around things could get much more interesting:

(the party runs into Zevran)

Fenris: (sighs) Wonderful another bounty hunter.

Zevran: Bounty hunter? Bounty hunter? My good man, your words cut me to the core! I am no mere bounty hunter! I am  Zevran Arainai! Professional adventurer, sometimes assassin, and man of the people!

Isabela: Oh he's a man of the people alright.

Zevran: Isabela, it has been far too long since our last meeting!

Isabela: So it has, where has that nice Warden of yours gotten to? Perhaps we could have a repeat performance of Denerim.

Zevran: Ah, sadly my Warden is busy elsewhere. Perhaps your rather fetching friend here would care to join us? He looks like he has a pair of nice, strong hands. (Fenris steps away from Zevran)

Isabela: (laughing) I'm sorry Zev, Fenris here is already spoken for.

Fenris: (mouthing words to Hawke who is snickering in the background) Help me.
