Pretty silly reason to hate a character. Or anything.

So Fenris is the reason for static companion armors.

Fenris:  "I like my armor thank you very much, its comfy."

I don't see the problem.  It sounds like a legitimate medical concern to me.  Especially if you're a Mage Hawke.

I haven't even met the guy yet and it's already turning me off the character the crazyness in this thread, just like how the fans made me hate Tali. >.>

I'm personally in love with all of them. However, of the ones featured so far, Fenris is particularly interesting because we don't know a damn thing about him. The madness will die off once another Male char is introduced. Or a particularly amazing lady.

Yeah, I always wondered about that.  X character's fans are acting up, therefore it's X character's fault somehow and I'll dislike them for it?  Poor guy's just a bunch of pixels on a screen, it's not his fault sparkly fluids got brought up.

Anyway, I could see the rationale for his lyrium markings being painful--I've still got scars from surgery on my fingers that twinge something awful if I apply pressure to them.  No hugs for Fenris then, not unless he puts on more clothes.  Alas.

He's citing Twilight because he had a conversation about Twilight and it's something people are aware of. If instead we were talking about Pride and Prejudice, we'd probably get Fenris = Mr. Darcy.

Oh yeah, suspicions confirmed. Fenris is a total woobie. Why do I get the feeling my relationship with him (platonic or non) will be like rehabilitating an abused dog? Hopefully in a good way.
