I want to keep Fenris for my mage Lady Hawke at the end but I'd thought I fool around with Anders too.
I'm in Act 2, had the romance scene with Fenris, bastard left. I go to Anders and he's ready for sexy times too. My question is if I can fool around with Anders, all the way to the steamy bits without having him live in the mansion?
I know Fenris romance continues in Act 3 but I'm just wondering if I can keep Anders from thinking the relationship is too serious? L
I feel bad for doing that but eh~ He did leave Lady Hawke.....

Once you have the scene where Fenris walks out, you can't have sexy timez with anyone else. He won't be back then.
Not 100% positive about this, but pretty sure.

You're right. Once you do the nasty with someone else, it's over forever with Fenris. But if you pick Anders, you do get a couple of great banters. Oh, and if you take Isabela and Fenris out around with you, you learn that they do have some common ground

Really?!!? How do people do it? I know I've read some people have romanced everybody and end up with Fenris.
I guess only flirting counts? hmmm.....interesting....it's all good then. Good thing I asked before I went too far into the playthrough.
Thanks!

I think you remain with the one you last banged or something. I wanted to do the same thing in my second playthru, but damn Anders moved in and that was it. Had to reload cause i couldn't live with all his sugar.

Are you on console or PC? Sounds like you're used to an auto-attack function and I did hear it's not working.viper2282 wrote...

Of course, I never even knew there was auto-attack.
Anyway, on PC you either click on the target or hit R to attack a nearby target. No idea what you do on console.

I'm also glad that, despite it being a Gaider-written romance, it does not make me cry tears of blood the way some of them do. Hee.

My Lady Hawke had frequent visits to the Blooming Rose. For elven ~*prostitutes*~, since we apparently can't say ****.

Alistair.
Edit: Yeah, I was beaten to it. But yeah.
I mean, he did also write Valen, which was my favorite romance until Fenris. So he has a heart.

I triggered the funniest conversation between Varric and Fenris last night:
Varric: What do you do in that big house all by yourself elf?
Fenris: I dance.
Varric: Really?
Fenris: Indeed I use those long halls to practice elaborately choreographed dance routines.
....I can't remember really the rest of that conversation because I was laughing too hard. Only that Varric congratulated him on telling a joke.
That banter makes me think of Fenris dancing like this

Alistair's can be a tear jerker. Esp if you aren't a human noble, don't do the ritual, and take him with you on the final fight. Real rollercoaster ride. I love you Alistair. Omg, seriously? I hate you Alistair. Then noooooooo!!!! Alistair!!!! I shall love you always!!!!! Well it was for me at least, I don't know if I did something wrong but freaking Alistair wouldn't let me take the final blow so I got his touching goodbye. Sadness.
You didn't do anything wrong
But Addai is right -- David Gaider wrote Alistair, Zevran, and Morrigan. So I was nervous about how Fenris would end (fortunately, he took the more Zevran-esque ending).

I had to wonder why he seemed to have the least amount of "home encounters" of the companions(other than Merrill)... but now I'm thinking it was because he locked the door to his mansion so that no one would walk in on him dancing.Dr. Doctor wrote...

He has an image of seriousness and brooding to keep up, afterall.
I can completely imagine Fenris doing that whole dance.

I loved Valen's story from Hordes. He had the best banter with deekin.

Alistair's clearly didn't lay down a table for him...i expected something different from Fenris' sister. But no, she betrays him and at the end tells Fenris that he received the better end of the bargain. How? He suffered a lot to free her and their mother, not only during the experiment but after as well. She could have at least appreciated that. The only good thing that happened to him is that he met Hawke...if his sister would have been nice i am 100% sure Fenris would have put the moon at her feet.
Aaaand Carver's a ****...not sure if he's written by the Grand Poobah as well, but he sure does have the same syndrome. Tho i got attached to him.

Fenris says as much, when you let him kill her. "I would have given you everything." my heart = broke'd with that(and then fixed with the look he gives Hawke for saying "I'm here!")
