So...you have to flirt once in the cave to that~! got it. i'm writing this down for my next playthrough hahaahahahahahah~!

I'm on my third now. I'm hoping I saved relatively close to the end of the first Act so I don't have to go back all the way. If I do, I'm not doing it. I'm at the very beginning of Act2 right now and I am thinking of breaking up the Fenris quests (i usually do them all instantly, because I just effing love him, but then I get nothing more throughout the act, unless someone else talks about him. So far, I've only seen Anders complain. Varric had something to say about Anders though when I romanced him.

I went through so much trouble getting Carver to a friend in Act 1 as well. A phooey!

I got the banter where Fen tells Anders that leaving Hawke was the harding thing he had ever done .... while my Hawkette was right in front of them, why couldn't my Hawke just turn around and yell "then why DID you leave *sadface*"

I also got mama Hawke to comment about "the looks me and the elf were giving each other". ^^

Sooo I'm out of quests for ACT 2 and Fenris have yet to go into Gamlen's house and comment on the dog. I'm starting to think him talking to the dog is not enteraily true.

Well, I've done both a friendship and rivalry romance with Fenris now. I must say, although the rivalry romance was awesome and passionate (in a love/hate, angry sexy-times sort of way), it seemed like Fenris was... happier more stable (emotionally) on the friendship path.

For example, when he refuses the Blade of Mercy (rivalry path), he seems so pissed off (lol) and offended, whereas on the friendship path, he can think clearly enough to see the irony in wielding it, and accepts the gift.

And regarding the (depressing) Alone videos where Fenris is given back to Danarius... the animation is so incredibly well done. Without Hawke's support, you can tell by his body language that Fenris just completely gives up. It made me tear up just watching it. I could never choose that option, even with the intention of reloading... Watching the video once on Youtube was more than enough.

I read the letter Hawke gets from Danarius for doing that (on dragon age wikia). Heartbreaking to hear about Fenris being back to "his usual compliant self now that his memories have been once again removed"

hmmm...i got the sewer part, he just questioned me about my trust in Fenris but he didn't press further. lame

This is my 2nd mage. I just LOVE playing mages, because not only are my staff animations cool, When I get up close to a mob I am actually STABBING them with the pointy end, so I'm not just squishy mage in the back with Varric, I'm badass magic wielding shove a stick through you wariior kinda. Anyhow, she's my changeling. 

Act 1: We are nice to everyone! We are sunshine and kittens and roses and "aww Fenris you're cute when you mage rage but I will still be oh so sweet..."
