I just gotta see if I'm the only thinking this... but does anyone else get that creepy feeling that Danarius did more than just beat him? o.O Y'know, like pedobear stuff >_>. It's just when he said "Do I detect a tone of jealousy? I'm not surprised, the boy is quite skilled, isn't he?" I was like "Skilled in what? :L"
Yeah I got this eerie feeling that Danarius did more things he's not telling us. Specially when you say that Fenris just glows and looks really angry. I mean he was slave. Nothing stops him from having abused Fenris?
T__T I don't know~
How furious Fenris got for Danarius's comment kinda got to me there. Like he was trying very hard to not think of that. I was like "Oh, no he didn't..."
Then I realized that he totally would have. Danarius is a slimy bastard. He WOULD have molested Fenris and Fenris wouldn't have fought back because he was a slave.Poor Fenris...
Ugh...yeah I know. Plus it made me think when he leaves you in act 2 he says there are things in his past coming back to him in flashes that he didn't remember. I can totally see a man very much conflicted by that kind of abuse when he's loving someone. That has to be disturbing for him.
*hugs Fenris*

@Mel Anders had a go at Fenris in my playthrough, and believe me, there's no way he thought I was interested in him. It sounded like a jealous rival speech, I did wonder if it was a bug. Nah, a bug? Never ;-)
Yes, there's the "Are you sure about Fenris? He's nothing more than a wild dog" convo, and the banter bewteen them with Anders' very unkind comments about Fenris and you....Anders definitely has a bug up his butt about the whole thing.
My girl just decided her own story again. I planned on moving on to Anders. But he came in and called Fenris a dog. I found my fingers on the "I love him" button and poof. Dammit! I hate when my characters do that.

Install it, then open your save with the editor program. Savegames should be in your
documents\\bioware\\dragon age 2\\characters\\charactername\\saves folder
Once you open the savegame you want, hit the + to expand the tree,
then + again to expand SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR, then SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR_CHAR,
then SAVEGAME_EQUIPMENT_items.
The first entry (0) in the tree is your
weapon. Actually, 0 and 1 if you use dual daggers or sword and shield. Next are the chest armor, helm, boots and gloves, then jewlery In the
value column by those entries there is the uti (templateresref) of your
currently equipped item. When you click that string, the field in the
bottom left of the editor will have the same text in it and that's entry actually guides what the equipped item looks like. You can replace it to alter the look.
The templateresrefs for elven looking chest, boots and gloves from previous screenshot are:
gen_im_npc_elf_arm_cht_lgte.uti
gen_im_npc_elf_arm_boo_lgte.uti
gen_im_npc_elf_arm_glv_lgte.uti
Replace the templateresrefs one by one and don't forget to hit
"save" in the bottom left of the editor. If you don't hit that save button the templateresref won't change. Then ALSO hit "save as" in the main file dialog,
and replace your current save with it.
After you reload that save in game, your armor will look like the
elven one on the screenshot, have stats of whatever you had on before,
BUT it will have no name since the resource isn't named anything in game
at the moment.
Hope this helps

After Hadriana, when he's back at the estate, you just pick one of the other options besides the heart. Like "I'm trying to help you" or "what about your family." He leaves, then if you're at 100 and return home at night, he's there and the HOT can commence. I took a video of the scene.Lady Jess wrote...

You know, I'd kill for the 'improved atmosphere' mod from origins that made it possible to hear all your companion comments instead of game randomly picking one of your party to comment.

Regarding Anders and Fenris - Is it possible to flirt heavily with Anders, sleep with Fenris, and then flirt with Anders again but NOT sleep with him, and then go back to Fenris three years later?
You can go back to Fenris but if you kissed Anders you have to go to your mansion and there say to Anders you love Fenris or don't agree to move Anders in. If Anders move in or if you kiss Anders and do not go to your Mansion to decide you won't be able to come back to Fenris.

I'm trying to get Leandra to comment on Fenris but she seems to be stuck on "those elves you hang out with, they're rather strange, aren't they?" Unless that's all she'll say until she. Well. Goes away.

I played as a rouge and my party was fen, me, anders and either seb or varric, and we owned everything that came our way. the only slightly challenging thing was the high dragon (on normal) and it was more just drawn out than it was tough. i rarely, if ever healed on anders, but i would bring him along just incase. that and i liked the rivalry between him and fen

That happened with me too. I was really irked and just continued on with the game resigned to my fate of never seeing the act 3 scene

That happened with me too. I was really irked and just continued on with the game resigned to my fate of never seeing the act 3 scene. But after a couple of quests, I can't remember which one exactly, I checked my journal and it said "Speak to Fenris at his mansion" so I did and the cutscene triggered when I got there
. Hopefully the same will be the case for you.
What scene is this? I have no idea what you are talking about. Did I miss something?

Wait, so this only happens if:

-then leave, come back at night, he'll be there again with the scene?!
-and it has to be rivalry romance? (sigh but i like hsi niceness....)

Probably a mod, but me likes iiiiit!
Hah i am still cheating on Fen (with Ezio) :whistle:Hopefully after i finish AC:B i will being a new play for DA2. It amazes me how long it takes me to actually finish AC...i wandered from one place to another, 3 days have passed and i am only on sequence 5 (out of 8 i believe). Seems like Ubisoft can throw a game a year with succesful results (tho i am not all the happy with the music -it was much better in AC2- and the story is a little loose). And they are money eaters too, just like EA. I know making and RPG is harder than making an Action type game...but still.
