Now I think about it, when you friendshipmance and talk to him before the final battle, he tells Hawke that meeting her/him is the most important thing that happened in his life and that he wouldn't stand loosing her/him (which is one of my favourite moments of all the game, how he pounces Hawke! Rawr! *melts*) and blah blah.

What does he say if you're rivalmancing him?

Geesh. So you people mentioned the scene with giving up Fenris to his old master, after a while of thinking I sat down and watched the scene... Now I wish I hadn't. Think this is the first time I have actually been brought to tears due to a scene in a game... Not even watching the Garrus in ME2 getting shot down made me feel as terrible as watching this scene. I wanted Fenris to rage a bit... but then the evil little part that rejoices at great emotinal scenes wanted that scene to last just a little longer - giving us the full spectrum of shock, realisation, betrayal and surrender... But had it been longer I might not have been able to finish watching the clip....

I was serious about that though! I doubt Danarius would care for sex. People who's mad about power rarely do, or do they?

Anyway, is there a kind soul that would help me guessing why am I not getting the "I've never been with anyone before" line in my last (rivalry) Questioning Beliefs quest?
I'm just clueless. I hit every heart I saw, I swear!

He doesn't come out and say it quite like that.  You should get a question 'So you've never?', when you select that, he delves into that speech.

The expression on his face and the body language (like when/if you kill Anders, his eyes look so sad)
The tenderness with which Fenris looks at Hawke when they are in a romance is amazing, they really manage to capture a look of love imo.

Exact same thing.  The dialogs are identical.

Edit: And yes, you're not allowed to have sex with anyone but Fenris if you want a romance with him apparently.

I'm trying hard to stay away from that video. I had enough of a hard time telling Anders to **** off because of Fenris, and finding out that Fenris' romance would be dead if you kept on with Anders (enough to make me reload quick quick quick!) to see that cruelty of video.

I will NOT watch it.

And yus, I remember the "So you've never?" from my first PT, but it wasn't coming out here. At first I thought it'd be because of the rivalry, but I'm pretty sure it's Isabella.
That line kinda reminded me of Alistair, even if Alistair's "Never what? Never licked a lampost in winter?" made me laugh and Fenris' made me RAWR.

Ugh, don't remind me.  He was also assisting Quentin's research in necromancy, indirectly leading to the kidnapping and death of Hawke's mother.  The F***.  When I got the special answer in the Pro-Templar playthrough, I nearly went off.

My rogue's tend to be pro-mage until Leandra get's killed, then she turns neutral...I'm looking forward to a particular elf-napping this playthrough.  Since I let Grace escape this time, I want to see how that stuff goes down.  ESPECIALLY since I made so many pro-mage decisions so far...

I did mage sympathy first time, and that resulted in a few ''Ooops, Fenris rivalry'', reloads. I haven't let Grace go yet so am interested in how that pans out.

i know...I killed Anders and then reloaded. the shock in his eyes...I couldn't...just like looking at Fenris face/head/body language...makes me really really sad

Poor Anders. And stupid Orsino.

I was pissed (like many of you) to have to admit that Fenris was right about that. I was even expecting a "I told you" cutscene.

C'mon, my main Hawke (warrior) was never the one to free mages crazily, she always sent them to the circle because she believed in it, after all they had lived with her father and Bethany and blah blah. And Meredith was too insane to side with her.

But then Orsino does that and... It's like... Omfg. "Anders, it's all your fault!"

Really? I felt the opposite. I thought they did a great job with the animations on Hawke this time around.  I really really felt like you could see subtle changes in expression here and there to show the importance or silliness of a moment.

they did better, but there are several points in the game where my character had absolutely no facial expressions, like when Bethany died <_<

As far as I know, Questioning Beliefs quests come from the level of friendship/rivalry you've got and they're independent of the side(companion) quests!

Also Sebastian is devastated and that upsets me because I like him, he is sweet and then to hear that Hawke (albeit unwittingly) played a part in what Anders did is really sad. When Sebastian says that if he had been in the Chantry would Hawke be waffling then? I think about this and I think you know, Sebastian could well have been there and died and that helps me with the choice to end Anders...
Still hard though.
But yeah, everything that happens at the end is an opportunity for Fenris to gloat really.
