So that's how that conversation went. I guess Fenris dresses really quickly. Maybe he was thinking he would be stabbed? Not an unrealistic expectation.

This comment kinda irks me... If you download the PC version of DA2 for PC through Steam the size of the game is a fraction of DA:O. So, in order to add that artwork they would need to CUT something else? I seriously doubt the ever living heck out of that my dears. Unless they gave themselves a rule when they set out to make DA2 that it not be bigger than it was, then I swear, they could easily cut a dozen things for the 'space' it would have taken to add a shirtless Fenris.

Sorry, all of my complaints about the game just came bursting back to the forefront after reading that. Sigh... Focus on Fenris love and forgive again Caitlin....Focus on the Fenris....focus.... (seethes!)

I think it was due to time constraints, not size constraints.  They were trying to get the game out on the release date, and so they'd have to stop working on something else in order to put in shirtless Fenris.  Let's say that all that was left was serious story-related issues (like 'side-quests' that were relevent to the story, or actual main story quests).  This will seem blasphemous, but I'd rather they'd used the original model for the returning characters (maybe gave them a texture upgrade, but that's it) and gave Fenris his tats.

Still...come on.  The game production is done.  Give us a downloadable piece where we get to see him shirtless...please.  We want to know...where those tattoos go.

Yes, yes we do. Very much. 

Man, I would have totally waited an extra month for some 'extras' if you know what I mean.

In a rivalmance it seems almost topical for him to be so agro as he approaches, not making eye contact, but in a friendmance, for him to come at you so "Bull like" it's like he's still almost angry that he's so desperate to have her. Mmmm....I LOVE that one.

Yes.  It's very forceful and...spirited, that scene.  Fenris is an intense guy.  And if write more about this I'm just going to start sounding like Isabella.

I love me some Isabella, but man when she gets all Fenrisified after he's wearing my favor, I want to slap her around a bit. That would have been fantastic if we could have the option to respond to her the way Fenris does to Zevran. WIN!

Same here. I also love Garrus calling Shepard 'Shepard'. Somehow it doesn't feel impersonal when they say it. It all has to do with tone and context.

Plus, the people complaining about lack of customization would go nuts if BW took away the naming feature, superfluous a choice as it is.

I prefer the non-glowy kiss for sure.  He grabs Hawke and kisses her, rather than Hawke kissing him first.

Oh I love that too.  And I love him calling her Hawke in normal conversation.  I was just saying that in certain moments, like if he's consoling her or something even, a quiet "Marian" might be nice.

I feel like I'm confessing in a Fenris anonymous, but I've been around since this damn thread was born. I can't romance anyone else, even though I've gone in with all intention to do so. Every playthrough I have to romance Fenris and murder knife Anders. *sigh* It's starting to become an unhealthy obsession, I'm afraid! And by far, the best look in the whole game is in the Alone quest when you tell him "But I'm here for you" and he has that smoldering look. Kudos to Mr. Gaider and the art team! Or the rivalmance when he's like "you're going to be the death of me!!" Gah! Gotta go finish my second damn rogue playthrough.

 Yes.  or if you're rivalmancing, the line is, "Is that it?"  Whatever, just don't pick a heartbreak, and don't pick the and he'll leave.

It's all about quest order.  If you do ''A Bitter Pill" before you do "Questioning Beliefs", you get two scenes with the last happening after you finally do 'Questioning Beliefs". 

So angry wall omg you touch me! vs. Angry pace omg you I wants to touch you!

I purposely stayed away from the forum until the game was out and I had already done a PT...and I'm really glad that I did that. It was completely unspoiled, I romanced Anders (only because he's a returning character) and got my heart broken, in complete shock at the end, cried/died a little inside and cursed myself for not going to Fenris first.

But it was also a good thing for not going for Fenris right off the bat though...made me appreciate him more

Thank goodness for youtube, eh? :happy:  Seriously, the ability to mod, take screenshots and video are the primary reasons I switched from playing on the 360 to the PC.
