Any one else getting the impression that Fenris getting his memories back will be a serious plot point?
Yeah. That's the part where he remembers his dead wife.I'm sorry.

what has been mentioned that would even make you guys assume hes a werewolf?
The name, Fenris, and the experimentation on him.
There is a werewolf in Harry Potter series named Fenrir Greyback. Same root origin? Am not really good with Latin...
Same root origins, yup. Not sure if the root language for Norsemen was Latin. I suck with languages.tankgirly wrote...

That is BEAUTIFUL! Thank you! Am using it now for my desktop. My desktop constantly evolves as more DA art comes out, lol.
I swear I am sitting here, hypervenilating, nearly to tears, and choking on my excitment.Yellow Words wrote...

"Once slave to a Tevinter magister, Fenris was altered: lyrium was burned into his flesh, its magic both stripping his memory as well as changing him forever."
"changing him forever."
"He became a living weapon, and eventually used his power to escape his chains"
"living weapon"
"They know what I am. Let them come, if they find the courage."
"what I am."

Fenris is very sexy name, but were quite annoying creatures in Castlevania: Castle of Darkness.

Well, he doesn't have shoes if you look at the concept art.
So him shape shifting into something wouldn't be that farfetched. Or maybe it's just me

I brought up the werewolf thing three-four pages back, I don't know if somebody mentioned it before then but.."Once slave to a Tevinter magister, Fenris was altered: lyrium was burned into his flesh, its magic both stripping his memory as well as changing him forever."

Those things seem to suggest there's something with him, something special. Including the Fenris name, I assume he's a werewolf. Possibly reverted back to an elf by the Tevinter's experiments.

I don't want another Zevran either but I wouldn't mind him being an M/M option (granted of course that a hot human male warrior doesn't show up).
And that Fenris is a warrior and not a rogue.

Well, a tragic NPC who was brutalized by the Tevinter mages is always appealing in the sense my PC will want to take him out drinking and find him a girlfriend (Isabella/Aveline- you have been warned). Or a puppy.
The question is does what was done to him make him a tragic figure or a bitter figure.
Indeed. My mage will enjoy reminding him of the horrors he endured under the Tevinters.WilliamShatner wrote...
Looks like he was recruited from a JRPG.

would he be some kind of arcane warrior too, the description says "its magic burned into his flesh", and he is using a sword.....could be another mage

Ehh, personally I'm hoping more of a Wolverine-type character. Tough as nails and twice as angry. I don't really like tragic-broken-woe companions.
How come? the design sems to be run-of-the-mill DnD elf and his backstory sounds like BioWare LI ... I mean its like Kaiden, Thane and Zevran combined.WilliamShatner wrote...
