I think what makes it hard for me to pin down a single song for Hawke so far is that I sort of see her change under that sarcastic Facade during the end of act II. Before then she is almost overconfident, afraid of nothing. Her sarcasam then is because she doesn't let anything touch her. Then she undegoes the evnts at the end of act II and the sarcasm becomes more of a shield to hide behind. Hmm don't seem to be able to find the right words here. Anyway towards the end of act II she has regained some of the confident lost so to speak...

I have played both male and female Hawke and I have to admit I prefer playing a male character. Maybe it has to do with being female, I don't know but I don't find female Hawke...interesting enough. Garrett Hawke seems to be more suited for the angst, which is what I thrive on

EDT: @elenilote really? I always play female and only do males if there are additional chars to get with gender etc I think sarcastahawke is perfect for the angst.

I nearly always play male, in DAO I had one female to get the Alistair romance scenario and all other charactes have been male. In fact, looking back, whenever there's a choice I always play male... hmmm a psychologist would have a field day

In all games, except rpgs, I play as male. Simply for the reason I like what I see in most of those games... like Assassins's creed and Ezio... >.>

In Bioware games always female. I want to try a male Hawke to be honest though... simply cause the voice actor isn't as bad as the one in ME I think... besides, Male Default Hawke looks awesome.

Shame I don't like the female romances in DA really. Isabella possible.

@nerana I am tempted to play male just to romance Isabella, she's great fun. Merrill would not interest me as an LI male or female. I can barely stand her as a friend.

So true. I should really be cleaning and doing the dishes. But DA2 is to addictig right now. Will have to take a break in a few to compress some videos and after that I will install spotify on the laptop so boyfriend gets to play some BG while I can stick around here. Guess that cleaning just isn't going happen today. XD

Actually now it becomes clear why I am here when I should be working - I would never get away with this at home! Husband is not into DA at all and I'm sure he would object to me ogling Fen-goodness to this degree on the PC...

And had a laugh last night wehn I was looking at pose reference and actually fout the reference that artist must have used... Its waaaaaay to similar pose to not be. XD
But it is an awsome picture...

I will probably do some cleaning in a bit, with the laptop within reach of course - I mean how in the world would I be able to clean without distracting myself with these very very vital topics... xD

Seriously though I don't mean to distract you from more important life things, I happen to have the day off and since I hurt my shoulder and didn't sleep all week I am just taking advantage of the down time and not doing much but hanging out here and listening to music and trying to think of a new FenFic to write. So, go on do what you need to, don't let me keep you...ooops I seem to have locked the door to the thread and now you can't get out...I think I swallowed the key too.
