I thought the rivalmance with Fenris was going to be difficult, but since I only ****** him off with my mage supporting ways and much less in conversation... it was quite nice.
Loved it when Hawke says "We're not exactly friends Fenris, why are you asking me?" and he says something along the lines "We don't always agree, but I respect you a lot"... *swoon*
He has his harsh moments what with being mean to Merrill and a few times ranting all angry at me and he cannot accept a gift gracefully to save his life... but Fenris is nothing but loyalty personified.
I can't wait for the end scene... That elf is so romantic in his "I'm not going to tell you I love you, but you know I do and I'd follow you in fire if need be"... *swoon*

Seeriously, there has to be some difference to romanced combat lines when Hawke falls in battle. A non romanced Fenris only says "no!" While a romanced one says "no, I won't allow this!" but the no sounds exactly the same! Or maybe I just dont hear it half the time.

Agh these combat lines are making me bonkers!

Disturbed - I'm Alive Freaking awsome song, and it felt Fenris so very much...
Disturbed - Stricken not as clear as the one before. But I still lik eit. Might work dang well for rivalmance...

I thought it was funny how at the end of the game Fenris told my (male, rival, non-romance) Hawke that he had been the only good thing that had happened in his life, or something of the sort. It was so uncalled for xD but it did make me want to try a Fenris romance on the next playthrough even more.
