Maybe Danarius actually had some decency, and decided to not put any markings between the knees and waistline.Mentatzoee wrote...

Fenris: The markings would still show.
Varric: Really? Through anything? That's...kinda cool.
Then why aren't we seeing how "deep" do they go?!
...I'm kidding of course. I'm pretty sure they cover his whole body(which makes me wonder, almost more than what his chest markings look like... what are they like on his back?
I wonder how much of the whole "ritual" and where the markings went and so on was on Danarius... and how much did Fenris say "alright" to? Did he have any say(other than the whole competing for them in the first place ting)?

xD That made me smile... Very glad boyfriend has gone to bed, now I don't have to feel guilty about ignoring him and spending time here. Sometimes occasional insomnia can work with you instead of against you. XD
Honest opinion...Starting to look anything like Fenris yet? I feel like something is off, but can't quite put the finger on it myself. It might be his hair... or something else...
I will give honest critique, if that's what you want. The nose/Lip area is a bit too far back, and his jawline looks a bit off. His nose seems on point, however. The line from the nose to the lip should come before the indent for the nostiril, and the jaw slopes too much. If you square the jaw a bit and shorten the line from the chin, it should be about right (this will result in the ear having to move forward as well).

Anyway! Thanks to being a jerk (well, not a jerk but a... "nice" jerk) and doing a lot of things like... making Keran get kicked from the Templars, giving Feynriel to the circle and so on, I've got almost full friendship with Fen in act 1. ACT ONE.
All my other companions hate
K, I'm mostly kidding
I actually got full friendship with him in with "canon" Hawke, and even if it took a bit longer, I didn't do some of these things that actually made me feel a bit wrong. Keran didn't deserve this :U
(I actually sent Feynriel to the circle that first time too, even if I sent them to the Dalish in my 2nd PT and it did feel better, lol).
How do you feel when you've got to do this kind of stuff in order to maximize the bar? Do you usually do it or choose to gain rivalry, even if it's just a little bit/not take Fen with you?

The head seems a little small. Not the size of the face, just the rest of the head/skull in proportion to it. It doesn't look too much too small, just a bit.zee Anjan wrote...

Edit: @ the above post^^^: I never do anything specifically to get points one way or the other. On my first playthrough, friendmancing Fenris, I didn't have to be mean or feel bad to get friendship points(you can if you want, but it's not necessary). Any rivalry points gained by, say, sending Feynriel to the Dalish can be made up very quickly in the Hawke/Fenris conversations, or by killing slavers.

I've done it without PWNING Keran before, but I'm going for the 'Templar Support' Achievement. The one thing I can't voluntarily do is make Feynriel Tranquil. Hopefully there will be enough for me to still get it ;.;
My 'canon' Hawke (Gwyn) made it through without being 'anti-mage' and still maxed out Fen's friendship. Granted, she did send several people back to the circle...(Grace, you B*TCH)...but she wasn't about making them tranquil. I also managed a playthrough that was pro-mage and I still managed to max out his friendship relatively quickly.

-nods- Knew something was off with it... just couldn't get my finger on it - this is what I get for drawing humans and the like way to seldom XD
-redraws some lines- I have a feeling some of these adjustments might mean I have to make adjustments to Nadira Hawke as well... but one thing at a time...
I think I understood most of that so lets hope it will look beter with a few changes. xD

@Mentatzoee My first playthrough with a Sarcastic!Rogue!Hawke ended up with me choosing things just to ****** Fenris off near the end to max out the Rivalry Bar. I was too far gone to ever get the friendship bar filled and most of the rivalry I managed to get with my pro-mageness(boy did I regret that in the end) was cancelled out by the fact that my Hawke and Fenris agreed on just about everything except mages, so I was stuck in the grey zone. It was worth getting it maxed out though.

@Rheia It's not silly at all. I've got saves before every conversation with Fenris in Rivalmance and Friendshipmance so I can explore every option and just listen to him talk.
...it's also a kind of relaxer for when Anders is being a jerk. Just go back, reload a save, make sure no ones watching so I can go giddy over the expressions and voice and smirk and eyebrow and dialogue andandand...

Oh man, I thought I was the only one who had that theory! Great minds eh?
More like 'great long discussion regarding the birth hair color of Fenris'. I liked the idea of him with dark hair (even if it's not black). Seems more realistic to me. Maybe we should ask DG about it.
I always like to imagine he dyes it, or that my Hawke accuses him of dying it. I mean his sister is a red head with green eyes like his. And look at 'dem brows

Mmm coffee... there is a reason I sometimes refer to it as "the nectar of creativity" XD
And I actually spotted my cup right after I saw your picture - just to discover it was empty. So refilled it with more cold coffee - because I was to lazy to reheat it in the microwave. xD

I doubt he was a redhead like his sister, he just doesn't seem to have the complexion to support that colouration. I can picture him with dark brown or black hair - but not red.
I'm still standing firm on my opinion that his hair is white as a effect of the ritual that gave him the lyrium markings. Why? Becuase he doesn't seem like he cares enough about how he looks to keep dying his hair white. Especially not after escaping Danarius.

For fanfic purposes, do you think Varania was older or younger than Fenris? I'm getting an 'older, but not by much' vibe, but I'm not certain.
