Its 6.30 AM .. and I am still pretty much feeling like teh creativity and inspiration is burning me up inside... Man I have missed feeling like this, doing things like this...

Think I have sort of reached a point with this piece where I need to decide if I leave it be untill I can scan it properly or try my hand on that evil armour...

I do think as time goes on his dislike towards her was not about blood magic anymore, it really is just about her throwing everyhing HE ever wanted/could've had away. That's why he called her a monster (i think? right?) when the keepr died, he was referring to what she has become over the years, all she had given up and for what? for the death of someone that was like a mother to her, you know?

I think he called her a monster after the Valterral battle finishes and she can't believe why Pol had run away from her.  I always wanted Hawke or someone to snap at him there though as I think that's really mean there.  But yeah, he totally wants that whole family, stability and freedom thing. 

When it comes down to it, they really aren't that different though.  Merrill really wants the same thing, is self sacrificing, and wants bring something tangible, a common history to her people, she just (arguably, depending upon what you side you come down upon) is a little prideful about it....

Same! My party is always Fenris, Varric, 3rd person.  XD;
I'm going to try not to use him as much though, on the playthough I'm on now (that I keep playing in between watching this thread XD) I'm going to try and actually /use/ Anders, for once, rather than just doing his quests.

Its getting light in here so the photos are getting pretty bad again...

Is that mod by Umpa(I think his name is)? Did the dance mod for Oblivion.  only game I play on the pc, because omg the mods for that game.

@teal - there are MODS FOR OBLIVION?!?!?! I have lived in ignorance all this time? It is the only game I play on the PC, I did not knwo I can get mods for it

It probably is, but its hard to judge due to the angels and such. I might try to fix that later since I have hardly touched Hawke since I got the angle okay - was  focusing on trying to make Fenris actually look like Fenris xD

This is when I wish I could just pop it onto the computer and do a few quick overlays to compare and trail to see if the balance evens out. But alas that is not an option when I work with this...

As much as I love Merril, I was kinda with Fenris on the whole monster thing. I think it was a gut reaction because my first (and canon) playthrough in DA:O was with a Dalish Warden so the thought of her trying so hard to bring back the Eluvian disgusted me. All I could here was Tamlen crying out in fear when he couldn't NOT touch it, then begging for death later. Of course once Anders did his thing, I learned to look past this. Her actions seem kinda small to hate her for in comparison and I had loved Anders until that point, so if I could love him, I could give Merril a chance.

Edit: @Namuri Glad I'm not the only one who thinks the kids in DA2 sound more adult than the adults do. It was very... strange to say the least.

I never played the Dalish Warden, so I wouldn't know, but she does (basically) say:

Was sort of a WTF moment, for me.
But yea, after Anders, it gets harder to hate her, I mean--what she's doing is/was bad, but she went out of her way to make it so that anything bad that happened would happen to /her/. Marethari just got in the way of that.  Anders on the other hand... TT;

Luckily there's only, like, two of them.  So even though I'm positive they're voiced by the same actor, it doesn't matter...too much XD

edit: @VI he also sounds really... english, or rather, like he's trying really hard to sound english.  I love it XD

I believe the size issue is just an illusion created by how the hair sits on her head. It doesn't seem to follow the actual tilt of her head, making her head look larger than it actually is. Aside from that, looks great so far. Keep it up.

Ah yes you are correct it is infact morning and that is the sun shining in through the window... I miss the darkness now...
