It's the way Fenris gives up without a fight. And how he doesn't even get angry at Hawke. He pleads with him/her, begs to not abandon him. And then you get the letter that Danarius wiped his memories. Again. And Fenris is 'back to his obedient self'.

^ The wiping memories thing hurts the most, I think.  I mean, I haven't ever done it, but I might, just so I can see how well that scene was made.  Really, I wish that Denarius could try and convince you to hand him over, just so Hawke could be like:
Hawke> Oh yes, I like money, but you know what I like more? /Killing scum like you/ [cue fireball to the face]

Good GOD you and I had the same burning desire.  I wanted so badly to be able to say that. 

Hawke *looks down @ the Maigster's lifeless body*:  "Well Danarius, it looks like...
*put on sunglasses*....you're broke."

ROLF I CAN TOTALLY SEE HAWKE DOING THAT... Sarcastic/charming hawk, but none the less. Right in the middle of this horribly tense scene, Varric just busts into hyserical laughter, and Fenris even manages a smirk before he angrily storms over and assaults his sister.

Here is one of my favourite Fenris screenies. It's from the evening where he gets drunk. I squee everytime he leans forward with this weird smirk 'Care to hear the story?' It's so bubbly it's obvious he's drunk XD

@WMRina : I think we can both agree that there should've been interrupts, then? I felt the need for them so many times. I mean, people need to realize that mages aren't people you threaten. The just aren't. And niether are people who can throw knives, or wield giant, two-handed swords.

EDIT: @Inzhuna: That was one of my favorite scenes with him. He sounded so... happy, me and Hawke were both like: lolwhut

Rogue Hawke did get a kindof interrupt once. When you first go after Feynriel, and the slaver has a knife to his throat and tells you not to take another step; one of the options is something like "I don't need to take another step", and Hawke throws a knife at him. Not exactly the same thing, but it was close. And lovely. And I haven't found any more.

Mmm just took Fenris screenshots with all the visuals in the game maxed out. -drools a little- Hadn't expected it to make such a diffrence...

Was pretty much onlt AA and Antrosoptic (sp) Filter that I hadn't bothered maxing before XD

Yeah it does make a difference. Thanks god I managed to buy a gaming laptop before Dragon Age 2. I had to play Origins on Low; all character had creepy black eyes, it was horrible.

I just keep staring at it it now XD and seeing it all the time. The shape makes me thing of a hook or something. but the material.. It seems black, or golden, or silver deppending on the light I get... It just baffles me...
The end tied towards his hand makes me think of the end of a bone...
