Without a DLC, you'll get it by doing the main quests in act 3.

Ah, that's why I never got it. lol. I tried to kill the dragon like six times and gave up on that quest.

All other romances are ruined for me. I'm TRYING to romance the others, but everytime I see that little "heart" icon when talking to Fenris, it...somehow is picked. Can't imagine how it happened. Totally accidental
I'm planning to rivalmance him this go around, so any tips on how to get Fen to full rivalry? I read that if you flirt with him as a mage, while recruiting him, that increases the rival level?
...also, can one just...request to join the FB group and join in on the fengirlness? Is there a secret code? -kidding but not really cause secret codes make me smile a lot-
