And just me who wish we could see the companions in the Dragon age 2 trailer? D. Imagine how awesome cinematic Fenris would be. >.>

@ rivalry - I still don't understand why people shy away from rivalry. It's possibly my favorite aspect of the game, the ability to actually play the way I want to without having to cater to the demands of my followers if I want them to stick around. I'm just wrapping up a run where I max rivaled everyone, and I discovered some incredibly cool stuff about certain companions that just doesn't come out if you're in a friendship. Both routes are fantastic imo.
I agree with this so MUCH! I feel like with rivalry, you can roleplay even more which is why I don't understand some of the complaints about this system. But yeah rivalry is the serious biz...

WTF. Indeed very creepy.
And foreshadowing on DA3's main antagonist? XD
Or maybe protangonist. It would be lovely to play the villain character in a Dragon Age game. Or an Anti-Hero character.
God Baby?
*Note: I just woke up*
I think it might be the Old God baby... Perhaps maybe not playing as the OGB (Morrigan specifically said it was a "he" in Witch Hunt, if I remember correctly, and I don't think BioWare would be so cruel to take away our choice of gender), but the OGB is a party member and you work alongside him.
I'd like to play a game where I was THE villain, or I was on the bad side.
Ah well, It's not Fenris. Need something Fenris-y.

Cinematic Fenris would be bad-ass. He would do his typical routine of ripping people's hearts out, I imagine, but somehow, he'd make it look even more amazing.

Err... going off-topic but...
I decided to run around the house and click stuff and harass everything I could just for fun-- started harassing Bodahn and Sandal as well...
And I got a really creepy ass line from Sandal. Something about magic "returning to everyone" and someone (a "he") rising and "everyone will see" (I believe).
Lemme see if I can find a vid of it...

It's not that hard to friendmance him as a mage...ChaoKuang wrote...
I really liked Fenris. I was trying to friendmance him with my mage but it never worked, I kept getting Rivalry points, so I finally just went with Anders, lmao. I was expecting to have to fight him in the end since the guide says he'll join you if you side with the mages only if you have full friendship with him...but my mageHawke was over half Rivalry with him and he still joined me when I asked. Yay pleasantly surprised!

No, but I was sticking to choices my character would make rather than choices that would fit Fenris. So it wasn't going well
if that's the case...don't bring him along when you're making pro-mage decisions LOL

Does anyone know (apologies in advance if this has been asked before) what the thing tucked into Fenris's red armband is?
I suspect it could be a lock of hair but descriptions of the armband don't mention it at all.
But I don't think it's a lock of hair, looks like a "stripe" of leather or cloth (with drawings or writing on it) to me.

I hope, Mr. Gaider gives us the answer one day. :innocent:

Forgive me, I answer you so late! Sorry again
I remember the first time when he did and told that...*squee*
An other cute face is just before this one: when you chose the flirt option for his future (I think that the line is "Stay with me" or something like that") and when he says " It is my hope, as well" with one of the cutest smile I ever seen in my whole life...<3
I prefer the friendmance too, because I can't imagine (or very hard) a real love with more yells... I know this is stupid, but I can't change who I am
This pic is for you 98745666!!!Cute cute smile!!There is nothing to forgive, you are so kind!!I am the one that usually responds late...damn it i need to get my own pc....

Hmm... I for one hope that we won't play the God Baby =) It would clash so strangely with my warden who did the US. If it was possible I would love to be able to continue with my Hawke =) maybe it will be possible to play a really really jerky Hawke in DA3 =)

I kind of did this. She wasn't pro Templar, but she understood that mages were dangerous and need guidance to use their power wisely. She convinced Fenriyel to go to the circle because of what he might become if he didn't have help. And she wouldn't let Merrill do something stupid. Got full rivalry with her actually and quite a bit with Anders. My mage wishes the system was different and wants it to change and wants to have a hand in making things better for mages, but she definitely thinks there needs to be something like the Circle and Templars to keep things balanced.
She sided with the mages at the end though because there was no way she was going to let the Templars slaughter innocent people, mages or not.
It was really easy for me to friendmance Fenris actually, even taking him on some of the mage "friendly" quests. Then of course he stuck by me at the end and there was that whole hot makeout thing. That's really the important thing. hehehe.

You know what it looks like to me? Its one of those photo-booth strips, of Hawke and Fenris making funny faces in the first two photos, and making out in the last 6
