 OK, I am feeble....................................... 
I just completely abandoned my mage sympathy run because it was too hard not taking Fen with me for *those* missions, it just wasn't fun....... So I started a new game as a rogue and I am gonna kick some mage butt even Bethany's (no reason, just I really like Carver and hate that as my favourite class I am stuck with *magey* sibling)
Ah well, the fun has been resumed at least...........

I did kill Anders, yes.  My Hawke was disgusted by him after what he did.

I let Anders live only once, and that was my first playthrough and Anders was my Lady Hawke's lover. Ever since then I kill the creep for using my Hawkes to blow up the Chantry.

I hear that song and part of me thinks of Fenris, and the other part of me thinks of Anders...

My first playthrough my Andersmanced Hawke was so shocked and stunned the best she could manage was "get out of my sight." So she let him live but only because she didn't have time to think. She was just SHOCKED. But I went back and had her kill him. I felt like that was better....not for her...but... My poor first run Hawke. Man...she had it rough.

there should be an option...where before you tell him to leave, you should stab him somewhere. it would be his arm, it could be his thigh, anywhere non-vital. The guy's the healer anyways, he's gonna fix himself. There's going be a scar or whatever, and that's ever better. I would want my Hawke to tell him "I bet it hurts huh? Well, the families of those in the Chantry you just killed will be in much more pain than this. I'm not going to kill you, because I want you to remember this moment, and death is just an easy way out for you. I'm not going to give you what you want, I want you to forever think back to this, where you realized the only person that believed in you no long does. Now...get OUT of MY sight"

Nobody knows. (Well, except for the creators.)
But I don't think it's a lock of hair, looks like a "stripe" of leather or cloth (with drawings or writing on it) to me.

You know what it looks like to me? Its one of those photo-booth strips, of Hawke and Fenris making funny faces in the first two photos, and making out in the last 6 :wub:

One evening at Varric's suite in the Hanged Man tavern

Varric: So, what's that little thing under your red band, elf?
Fenris: That is none of your bussines, dwarf.
Varric: Hm... there must be a story behind this.
Fenris: As I said, it's none of your bussines! *broods*
Varric: Well... I'll go downstaris and bring us some drinks.
Varric: *goes into stealth-mode and takes a reading glass*

As an odd point, I love how he stays silent when you tell him to leave. I was afraiid he was going to make one last comment over his shoulder or something... which would've made me want to throw a knife at him.

Oh man, mine too. First run Hawke had some really tough things going on for her. First, she lost her brother, then her sister to the blight (I didn't know the sibling would die in the Deep Roads w/o Anders there, or get taken to the Circle/become a Templar), and then she lost her mother. She had no romance (tried to romance Fenris, but it fell through because he was eternally stuck on neutral, because I didn't bother to try and do his romance right the first time XD), but she was good friends with Anders, and then he used her and blew up the Chantry.

Poor Aevissa Hawke pretty much lost it after that, and went berserk on the mages.

They're all silly.  all they can do is complain at poor Hawke.

Random: Just went through the Fade again on my current playthrough, brought Fenris with me so that I could see how rivalry changes his "apology".
That boy ripped me apart in the Fade. First try, he swung ONCE, and all three of us went down dead. ****  I had to remove his weapon and belt/rings/amulet and he still gave me a good amount of grief in that fight.
So... making Fenris so damn powerfu; has an odd downside.

It's like that in every game. Your character has to do *everything*. Dragon age is still different in that some do the killing for you. Rarely. I really do miss a "Kill him then" option for Anders and Sebastian. He can do it himself, I don't like making Anders a matyr. Problem is apparantly he comes back if you side with the templars and die anyway. :S

Btw, I am somewhat surprised there's no active Fenris group (or then there is and I've missed it) It'd be easier to stray off topic in a group.

he comes back if you let him go, regardless of what side you chose. Kinda lame...because when I said GTFO, i meant it. 

there's a Fenris group on fb that a lot of us are a part of 66 members and counting!

Don't have FB so a group there isn't helping, I'm afraid. I found one fenris group here but it was like weeks/months since someone posted there last and the LJ one isn't really for discussion.

I really like Carver as well, even though he and Fenris don't necessarily get along. xD I prefer him becoming a Grey Warden, but if he chooses to join the Templars I like how at the end he stands up to Meredith and refuses to fight his sibling.

I really like Carver as well, even though he and Fenris don't necessarily get along. xD

All the guys are hard on him.  It's hilarious and made me feel sorry for him.  But, he and Fenris often agree in terms of what they give friendship/ rival pts for.
