So, in my playing earlier, I managed to successfully romance Merrill instead of Fenris. And in the Questioning Beliefs quest where he rather drunkenly tells Hawke about his Escape, I got a different toast than usual. I got, "To you, Hawke! A finer mage I have never met!" *melt*

I'm a sucker for when he says "I remain at your side". (Am I the only one who can't stop clicking on him, especially during the 3 year "hiatus"?)

The three different dialogue options just before the final kiss are amazing. I seriously can't decide which option I prefer.

I also love some of his really overwrought dramatic lines (which Gideon manages to deliver so well). "This freedom tastes like ashes" is a favorite, especially when Hawke follows it up with "I always thought it tasted like chicken".

Rival-romance. Started with he swore something in Tevinter. When he said revenge taste like ash, and you selected 'add salt'.

My rogue finally finished my friendlymance PT with Fenris last night. I like aspects of it but I think I enjoyed the rivalry path more.

I know it has been said many, many, many times before but Gideon Emery did such an amazing job voicing Fenris that I cannot pick up a favorite line (and I do have favorites for all other characters).

Mmmm... I guess it's time to create another Hawke to try to settle my inner debate.

No... I don't even have cocoon anymore. It got destroyed (someone shot it-- and me!). I was a ghost too... I'm somehow alive again. *Shrugs*
