Apparently it is the patch. It came sooner than expected. I have the auto-attack option now and everything. lol^_^

I hope everything is all well and good now.

Does anyone think Danarius was really going to make Varania a magister? She's an ex elven slave who probalby has nowhere near the training of the average apprentice. Danarius has no good reason to hold up his end of the bargain. She was being pretty naive to buy it. I think the moment he got Fenris back under control he would either have kept her to bleed for mana or dumped her back on the street.

See that is one issue I have about Varania too, In that if she was a tailor or not, and yes the social standards of being elven in a Slaver city, and all might factor, but her being a mage should have countered that some, and that Fenris himself had no concept at the time of freedom, they must have thought it was a great thing to give the family that oppurtunity...
After the civil war the freed slaves DID not have an easy time, but they perservered, altho I reckon crop sharing etc and carpetbaggers prolly took a fair toll on it, But to lay down and blame your brother for " trying" to do the right thing?
Idk its hard to sanction that level of betrayal to me, I know that she may have grown detached to him in some manner over the years, But UGH I cant imagine seeing my brother leashed and collared and heaven knows what else over the years even if it was a glimpse from afar [ and trust me there is nto a lot of brotherly luv in my family anyways ] so... But I do like the insights you all have provided as it is something I didnt think about, and like every story there are two sides to the coin adage applicable.

He may have apprenticed her if only as a manner of control over Fenris. If that bait worked once... it probably would again, providing the knowledge was " flushed out so deviously" as it was in Bitter pill.
Also my quest for who needs rescuing was able to be done [ nutty bat that woman is] but it never turned in or gave me xp or any reward.. so altho I was able to do the battle etc and talk to the old maid, I still couldnt " complete" it...

It fixes a lot of quests and the whole Isabela and Sebastian thing. For a complete list you would have to check out the post.

But there are things that they categorized as lower priority and reserved for the next patch. Apparently, after the release of this patch, the romance fix is one of their higher priorities. So it should be fixed next time. For me, the only thing that was wrong was Isabela's "Thumbs Up" perk and a few graphical glitches (for some reason during the final battle with Meredith my lower legs will disappear for a moment during a cinema scene. It's very odd). I wonder if they fix things like graphical glitches...

I honestly don't know if the fix is going to make it to 1.03... since the issue seems to be so deeply rooted in awakening import flags/approval levels not being read. On the pc tech support forum there is a thread with issues that need to be adressed for patches, though. And Zevran's, Morrigan's (??) and Alistair's import problems are there.

Our patch (consoles) has (I believe) already confirmed that the side-quest glitch that allows you to spam money and get your character all the way up to level 50 (if you use it all the way) is going to be fixed. Which really sucks for me, because I use that glitch for aesthetic purposes (mainly so my mage can equip "Stalker's Boar Hides" which is my favorite armor in the game next to the mage's and rogue's Champion Armor... I really don't like robes... ).

@Evindell, those graphic thing. I noticed during my recent playthrough that even when I don't pick Anders, he will still standing there. Man, that was awkward.

@MRC, on the contrary, I love robe. I hope rogue/warrior can wear robe, too.

Oh. Yeah. There were just little things. But they probably aren't as high a priority...unless they're easily fixed. If it is easily fixed I can see them slipping it into the patch. Hmm

yeah...I don't understand why champion armor for mages are badass pants and top and ALL other mage stuff are...ugly robes. I really thought it was gonna change but..ugh. UGLY.

and yes...sad, no more glitch. SIGH

Oh, I do like some of the robes, like the Neophyte robes (the nice red-ish ones without the shoulders), especially when paired off with Illwan's Hood (I feel like my character looks like a gypsy in that), but normally, you're stuck with the blue-oriented teal, sort-of fuzzy robes. And even if I go with my normally blue/silver color-scheme on my character, it still doesn't look right for some reason.

Stalkers Boar Hides on the other hand? Those are PERFECT.

The Prompt Train just keeps on rolling.

Mass Effect

The Wounded Coast

The party is standing in front of a large crater, in its center is a large metal cylinder with a huge "SR2" emblazoned onto its side.

Hawke: What do you suppose it is?

Sebastian: Perhaps its a gift from the Maker? It looks like nothing made by anyone in Thedas.

Fenris: It would be best not to tamper with it. It might be dangerous.

Hawke: Come on Fenris where's your sense of adventure?

Fenris: I'm afraid I left it at home, along with my death wish.

Hawke: A pity. Do you suppose there's more of these around?

Fenris: I hope- (another metal cylinder crashes into the ground out in the distance) -not.

Sebastian: Ask and ye shall receive.

Meanwhile on the Normandy

EDI: Probe away.

Shepard: Did we find anything?

EDI: Negative Commander.

Shepard: Come on, daddy needs a new Thanix Cannon! (presses launch button)

EDI: Probe away.

 @ Dr. Doctor

I keep hearing that Dane Cook joke about him having kids when Shepard says "Daddy needs a new Thanix Cannon."

"Daddy needs a new Thanix Cannon, *PURR!*. Daddy needs a new Thanix Cannon."
