???  I'm filling in the blanks just in a different way.  I choose to handwave different things.  The reason is I have to handwave less if I think of it the way I do and the story makes more sense to me.

I am curious as to why he is saying "I am yours" at the beginning of act 3 instead of after his personal quest.  My guess is that the "committed" flag gets set after the sexytime, not after his act 3 personal quest.  It's a silly detail I know.

It is there, might be on second page though. I've tried it twice (as I am looking for a nice Arichok concept art for sketching reference.), twice it came up, and twice I was rolling with laughter. Hhehehe.

The last lines somehow remind me of the end scean in "Gladiator" ...when he dies and then walks across the fields (with that amaizing heartsquishing music in the background) to finally meet his wife.
I cryied my eyes out there as well

you know, suicide is not exactly my favorite ending, but the way this fic ended and the direction it was going, I think it was very fitting.

Good mornin all!

Working on my 3rd pt and gritting my teeth b/c I'm trying miserably to do the Anders romance... man it's hard to resist. In my Act 2 and finished Dissent and fighting to ignore what I really wanted to do. I started laughing hysterically at the questions part of Anders... the way he comes at you and having it all sloppy sounding *ew*. What made it more funny is I have the subtitles on so I can at least read is what was said (between my kids and my hubby yelling at Homefront, I need earphones) and that sloppy kiss comes up as *(pants)*! Then went to my Hawke's mansion thinking it was going to be as short as Fenris's.... how is it Anders gets a bedroom scene and Fenris doesn't? I went from laughing to speechless. My silence was so abrupt that my hubby got up to see if something was wrong.

Needless to say I began to fill his ears with a long WTF which he rolled his eyes at me and laughed. The girls get a scene, Anders gets a scene, Fenris NEEDS a scene. Starting to think the writers didn't believe he was going to be as popular as he is now and didn't bother doing one other than the foyer... I feel cheated

I'm sure I'm not the only one to spout about this...but sheesh! Rant done...sorry... I knew I could vent a little here and you all would understand... thanks

Fenris is a private person and didn't want you peeping in on this tender moment.

Also, why discount the fact that Fenris has two versions of the foyer scene? That's more than the other characters have. Do they have to be on top of each other to qualify or something?
