But who? Something Scandinavian would not be an easy accent to mimic, like say, Russian or Spanish for instance. One would have to be native. But I guess if it's going to be a tossed salad of accents that makes it unique, it wouldn't matter much. A little Scandinavian here, some South African there, a dash of Japanese...

I think it would be cool sounding... but I can't quite picture it for Fenris. Though, I agree, finding a VA that does a good scandinavian accent might be tough.

If he had said "Danish accent", would people automatically think of him?

EDIT: Gah! I hope not. Nothing against the accent, but, to most North American ears Swedish sounds a bit comical.

Not that the grating, raucous laughter is helping that impression any.

Hmm... there are a whole range of accents that I'd love to hear. An antivan accent would be drool-worthy, but that might make him too similar to Zev, maybe a Tevinter accent? (what ever that sounds like, I don't think we've ever heard it) Or a Nevarran accent? (I know Cassandra has one). I couldn't imagine him with an Orlesian accent myself, though if Bioware pulled it off right (meaning not faux-french, at the very least) that could be very sexy indeed.
