Zomg what have I done..... besides we all know Anders is the glam rocker and Fenris is the dark metal rocker.

This idea is running away more than modern!Fenris. Oh but the idea.... muahaha.

Coincidentally there are like a ton of mods that make fenris eyeliner emo boy and I cringe and become slightly angered at that. Meh stereotypes bother me and that particular one bothers me a lot for some reason. *shrug*

Ps I hatesssss twilight but QOTD was horrible. As an anne rice fanatic I hated it. That being said as a vampire junkie I can see if it wasn't trying to base itself on books how it could be good. The lore butchering is what kills me. Also stoked for new underworld too.

And yeah, Fenris is totally black metal. I see that. Some nice sabbath-era Ozzy, or Alice Cooper. (Alice Cooper was totally on the Muppets once.)

The anarchy punk rocker with a cause... I can dig it. Yeah I can't see fenris as anything but death metal f them all kinda guy. Though I see less eyeliner and emo and more rage rocker throwing bottles against the wall and trashing hotel rooms rocker. Lol.

Izzy could totally keep her DA outfit in this scenario too! She just needs sequins on it or lots of shiny!

Hey guys, have they fixed the lack of Fenris romance in Legacy? Are there videos I can watch because I cbf finishing my Anders romance game to see if it's good in Legacy.

There isn't a fix yet for Legacy banter, but the complete companion banter is up as audio files on youtube. Here's the one with the Fenris banters, and there are a few that are romance related.

No, unfortunately as far as I know they haven't. The last time we heard Luke said they will look into it. Maker knows how long is this 'look into it' going to take.

I certainly hope they will fix it before the next DLC release.

These files are rips of every single possible banter (so you hear ones for every possible game state and every possible relationship state). They contain all the different Hawke and sibling personality responses as well. There are only two banters I recall that seem explicitly romance-related, and they're early on in this file. There are a few that are fenris and izzy related, as well.

Many of them aren't firing correctly in game, but at least you can hear what they intended, if you don't mind spoiling things.

I played Legacy twice and still haven't gotten half of those banters. It is a shame but most of my Legacy play is quiet. The banters only seem to trigger on certain spots and times and... and.... GAAAaaaHhh no Fenris banters.

I liked bringing both Fenris and Anders though. It seems like the DLC was made for Anders and Varric. Without them it seems kind of hollow, but they tend to cancel out any banters and dialogue Fenris would have so I'm like ... choices, choices?

Hawke: "KinkY" (I imagine Hawke doing *eyebrow waggle*)

I love it! Laughed so hard.... damn I want those banters....

Aaah, the banter in Legacy is just great. No, it's actually better than great. (I'm not gonna say awesome). Grr, just have to get that banter with Fenris fixed.

I've completed Best Serve Cold, have restarted the game, have Fenris on full Friendship, let him kill his sister and I still can't get his Questioning Belief's quest. Can someone please tell me how to fix this!! Please!

You should not have to do best served cold. I always do "alone" first when starting act 3 then talk to him right after with no problem romance or not. Try to talk to him even if the arrow isn't above his head. If not...that is a bad bug and I'm sorry.

Download the 1.03 Patch for DA2

This not only fixes a bunch of gameplay issues, but you also get Varric's remarks about romancing Fenris and the lack of romance dialogue.

The thing is, aside from his aversion to touch (which can be chalked up to his general massive distrust towards everyone) he has none of the telltale signs of a victim of sexual abuse. He's comfortable discussing the subject, is more exhasperated than anything at Isabellas' inquiries, etc. So I don't know, "not entirely wrong" isn't very much information to go by. Until we get something more elaborated, I'm just going to continue beleiving in my canon that he wasn't a victim of rape or sexual abuse.

(side note: I also am wary of going for this canon because I think bioware over-uses rape as a plot device to make things dark, or the character deep or what have you.)

I saw that Danarius thing, really. The way he walked, talked... yeah. Herbert the Pervert in DA2 if you ask me. Poor Fen I wish he had talked about it, tbh. Then again, probably too much for a lot of casual gamers.

edit: I am imagining more of Danarius making Fenris do things to other people, actually. I am not arguing it is not still abuse, but it might make things a little different. Danarius strikes me as somewhat asexual... I actually have previously put a lot of thought into this (now semi-confirmed) theory. It's interesting a lot of people thought that. It's definitely the vibe you get from that a-hole.

Plus, think about it, Fenris was really open about what Danarius did to him... exept, apparently, the sexual part. So he still does not talk about it. Plus the fact he leaves after sleeping with Hawke... it makes sense in my books.

I don't think we should talk about sexual abuse generally, though. It's too heavy and upsetting. Let's stay on Fenris, only.
