You know, from the screenshots it looks like the "Orlesian party" is just Hawke. I don't see any of the companions near him or with him while he's in his "fancy pants" clothes. I honestly could care less about parties/dancing/new clothes/ all that crap. If it is an espionage mission (which it looks like it is since Hawke punches that one noble) then I am fine with it being all "sipping my bubbly mindin my own business oohhh don't mind little ole Hawke.." wtfbbqpwn -- "alright guys.. come on in.. coast is clear." I don't see me dragging along Fenris or Isabela for anything else other than to kill stuff and get things done, LOL.
Tallis certainly does look pretty awesome. Very unique with the Felicia Day facemapping. I think I will enjoy her character as long as she doesn't outshine everyone else and it is ALL about her and the cutscenes and banters leave nothing for Izzy and Fen. That being said too... your party choice is rogue (Tallis), rogue (Izzy), warrior (Fenris), and Hawke. Potential for healer? Hmmm.
Already kind of said my piece on the favor - but as I said it is really hard to tell. At times it looks like one thing, then another, then another. In my headcannon I just make it a Hawke feather, but honestly it looks more like a strip of leather/cloth than anything upon super close inspection. Which, believe me, I have done...

I have a question. Why is Fenris the same height as Hawke? I thought elves were shorter than humans. Certainly Merrill is tiny. Is Fenris as especially tall elf? Are other male elves smaller (I can't recall)?
I figured they covered the tallish thing by having Isabela refer to him as "lanky".

Yeah...I don't 100% remember but he seems on the tall side for most elves.OTOH I don't remember how he compares height-wise with say, Orsino.

As far as compared to Orsino and other elves. It is hard to see it without putting them side by side, but it almost seems like Orsino himself is a bit tall for an elf. The other elves in the alienage are slightly shorter than Fenris and the female elves definitely are shorter than him.
but yeah.. "your very lanky..." kind of makes me think he is a bit taller than most.

Isabella tells him that he's "very lanky for an elf", which implies that he's taller than the average elf, as lanky means "exceptionally tall and skinny". So yeah. HOT!

By http://aimo.deviantart.com/, of course.
...because I just spent the last Idon'tevenknowhowlong going through storage boxes. I hate going through storage boxes.
This is as much to make me feel better, as it is for anyone/everyone else.
And Fenris' dancing there reminds me some of the dances from the Peanuts.

Fenris has to be out of the party for him to be kidnapped. For the two times that my sibling has died, I've had Fenris kidnapped once, and the other time it was Merrill instead of Fenris as he was in the party.
I did that once, on purpose, so Fenris could get kidnapped in Act III. Arh, I am curel.

Just wondering in a couple scens it looks like the brands go all the way up on to Fen's ears, am I delusional?

That has been asked at least once before that I remember, and the answer is, YES. They go up to at least the bottom of his ears, if not behind them.Fleshdress wrote...
Having him kidnapped is really fun. Wow Hawke looks dashing in his fancy pants, I want to see Fenris in fancy clothes now.

They already said you'll be able to bring along your companions.. two of them, since Elfelicia is your third party member. Much like DLC in ME2 where .. OH MY GOD, .. for a second I went BLANK and couldn't remember Liara. Well, her name anyway. I worked way to hard today I think.
But, no worries, because we can bring two of our three party members with us. As I said in the Anders thread, I'm kind of hoping that if you bring another elf, like Fenris or Merill, that (being a fancy orlesian party, after all) they'll have to be dressed as servents. And I can just imagin Sassy****!Anders being all utter trollface at a Servent!Fenris.
Can you just imagin the glory?
Anders: Servent, fetch me another glass of wine.
Fenris: When we get back to Kirkwall I am going to tear your throat out and feed it to Hawkes dog.<_<
Anders: Now now, is that any way for a servent to address their Master?
Glorious.

My Hawke is a Rogue. My party would be 3 Rogues and a Warrior. That's...not a perfect setup.

That said, my mage!Hawkes would disapprove of Carver and Merrill, because they thought their brother was smarter/raised better than to fall for a blood mage . . . XD I can DEFINITELY see the one in my avatar 'teasing' (with an edge) his Templar!Carver brother about being a TEMPLAR and flirting with a maleficar. But he'd disapprove even more of Carver going after Fenris, since Hawke has his eye on the broody elf. So if it was between Merrill or Fenris . . . XD

At least you have a reason-- me, it's because I was a Carver/Isabela shipper since before the game came out.

Can you blame him? I mean, who in the entire game is NOT attracted to that perfectly broody elf? Heck, I bet even Anders is mad about him, and disguises his attraction through bickering (I've spent many a night reading hot and steamy Fenris/Anders fanfics, and it all seems very plausible in my mind).
Hawke is the lucky one who actually gets Fenris to fall for her/him
