Lol, That was my comment.  212 is a New York area code, and remember back when they were talking about how Gare bear won a trip for two to New York and Fen was all sketchy about it? A!a pretty heavily implied that Danarius was in New York, and it was't till New Years Eve that Fen decided to go with Gare and risk facing Dan. The fact that Fen is still getting phone calls from New York at early morning hours. I can't freaking wait to see how she handles that confrontation. Poor Gare is so soft I worry for him.  Eesh I love that story.

I don't know how you can get updates but I use my lj account and have just set it up to get all the update noticifactions from the update thread on the kink meme. delete any I don't care about and she ALWAYS posts in there when she wries a new chapter so yay.

Aha! I see! I can't believe I didn't pick up on that after reading the first 43 chapters 3 times! So that's why Fen's not comfortable with going to NY! Maker, I feel so stupid! You're a genius for picking that up! Maker, I can't wait to see how she deals with the confrontation too!

Venhedis! I can't keep up today... though my ears were burning earlier, lol.

For the romance thing.. act1 flirts totally didn't count. I did like was said. I put my mini-guide on my blog here under my profile. All that really mattered was NOT talking to Fenris at all in act 2. Not even his "talk to Fenris" quest. I did the QB after a bitter pill one time, but his QB triggers with his rival/friend points and a bitter pill triggers regardless. Also, i didnt romance others on that PT. It might screw things up. Only did it in one friendmance.

I am dying... coffee, black and vids!? FASTEVAS... WORK! And i still have another day to go. *sadface*

No prob chica, I am a catcher of small things. I can't watch movies with my boyfriend anymore because I can tell him in the first 10 minutes who the killer is what order people will die in and what the twists will be. Year one and two he thought I was amazing and could see the future. Now by year five he thinks I am annoying and should be muzzled during movies.
 
Okay I am officially pissed at Fen. This is a first, I mea I have been irked before but if my Hawke were in character and able to react to anything Fenris would be laid out flat right now. Doing the quest Faith with Fenris, Anders and Sebastion. My Hawke is a mage, Promage (I micro managed like whoa) friendmanced with Fen though they still haven't gotten back together. But the scenario plays out like this:

 Anders: "Like any mage with a brain couldn't concieve "lets rebel" 

Fenris: l "Like any mage with a brain could concieve anything else."

And my (My Hawkes) jaw hit the floor. Even Sebastion flinched And I (Hawke) was very...

Hawke: "Buddy you better thank the maker I have no control over myself right now cause I will lay you out flat, we are not talking for the rest of the day, and later, I am going to troll the hell out of you and you're locked into frienship so you can't even get pissy about it.!"

Anders:

Sebeastion:

Fenris: I didn't mean you!

Hawke: *cold shoulder*

I tried to do that again but just Izzy this time and it broke my Fen romance, I didn't go near Fen until after I broke up with Izzy and still he was all "Um, no... you smell of pirate." Maybe he was just feeling extra touchy this playthrough.

Wow, I think its great that you have a knack for picking up subtle details. That's a gift, that is. You'd make a brilliant lawyer. I'm in my final semester of law school, and all I've been hearing is "ATTENTION TO DETAIL!" or "THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAIL!" Its a skill you develop in law school, but being gifted with it is a whole other matter! But yeah, I'd muzzle you up come movie time as well. I hate having movie plots spoiled:P

I'm too much of a chicken to even risk flirting with anyone because I'd just be worried sick that Fenris would sniff pirate (or feathered mage) on me. I was never tempted to romance Izzy, though, but I have to say, sometimes Anders is just too darn adorable to resist (though, thanks to my intense loyalty to Fenris, I always end up resisting. Heck, I even throw in some mean remarks every now and then too, just to make sure I get on Fenris' good side:P Poor Anders. That sweet, sweet mage).

I am a worried person right now cause I flirted with Merrill all the way back in act one and haven't flirted since and she showed up at my house for romance, my Hawke freaked, prayed Fenris wouldn't see her leave and sent her packing. I know that if Anders shows up it breaks my romance with Fen, I just... act one is too far back to go to fix this one, so if he romance is broken My Hawke will be a "forever alone" Hawke and I'll be sad.

Lol. I flirted with Tallis because it results in extra dialogue, Zevran for the jealous Fenris, and Aveline for the friend kiss.

I think those three are ok, Tallis and Zevran because they only show up once so I guess Fenris dosen't see therm as too much of a threat, and Aveline because it's obvious it'll never go anywhere with Hawke.

Other than that, yeah, I'm too terrified Fenris'll run off on me and never come back!

Off-Topic, but LOL. My poor dog goes off her nut when someone rings the doorbell, so today is fun. But the hilarous bit is when you open the door and she gets a look at the Trick-or-Treaters and runs away scared!  Silly Ruby-pup.

Hmmmm... I had Merrill show at my house too.. but that was my izzy PT. I don't know if it will do anything to Fenris. Still, if his flirt in QB didn't show... you likely have a problem. Perhaps a bug, perhaps an inadvertant flirt outside of qb. I did not choose flirt options in act 2 for gifts or for anything outside QB. For izzy i flirted only to get her to my housr, but nothing outside of that.

All I know is following what I did worked. Unfortunately I can't go back and fine tune or test things atm.

I don't remember the context of that "faith" banter either? I vaguely remember Fenris saying something but my mind draws a blank. Mostly because I am tired and irtitable, and in a very snarly mood.

Oh, I flirted with Tallis and Zevran just to get the jealous Fenris remarks. Love those. They make my Hawke feel so loved! I never tried flirting with Aveline because I was too chicken and worried it'd affect my romance with Fenris, but what you said makes sense: it never goes anywhere with Aveline and I really want that friendship kiss too! I think I'll start flirting with her in my next playthrough (which I cannot wait for, in all honesty, seeing as I'll finally get to be a warrior again! Being a mage isn't really my cup of tea. Rogues are awesome too, but yeah, I'm more of a get in there and attack kind of a person, and mages just don't cut it for me).

Lol, I noticed and I often switch to Fenris while just running about. Lol, Someone frew Fenris with Bunny ears cause he run/hops. Adorable.

Thanks for the advice! = ) I just tried it again and failed again, but I just won't romance Izzy then. I don't want to romance Anders or Merril and then break their heart = / But thank you anyway = )

You Xbox? Only by doing exactly what Arquen guide said was I able to romance all four, as soon as I tried doing it with Just Isabela is smushed my romance options with Fen. On that note others have said they can bring Isabela to the house, or Anders and as long as they send them away before sexy times their Romance with Fen is fine. This has never been true for me. If any characters come back to my place, without doing exactly as Arquens guide says, Fen is a no go. He is a very posessive elf.
