so shirtless Fenris, (WITH A GUN... OMG THAT IS A FETISH OF MINE. ) followed by Fenris cupcakes is making my mind go to DIRTY places. AND I"M USING CAPS!!! I never use Caps, unless ... well, unless its very exciting. or somesuch. DAMN.

and wait.. did someone say they were doing a non-Fenris romance playthrough? is that... *squints* is that possible?
I'm not sure I could do it. I've thought very seriously about it ... and I really really don't konw who I'd romance.

Lastly, @Fleshdress... thank you for that link to that essay. I need to read that. It reminds me... My boyfriend is a jerk. He was actually legitamently getting angry at me because I'm really into fanfic and fandoms. ... and one of my friends found an essay about it.. .and it was so true that it brought me to tears. I think I will share it here.

I know what you mean. Everytime I consider romancing Anders, my mind goes 'if your Hawke is straight, why on earth would she romance Anders when Fenris is the other option?' Then my meta-gaming mind comes in 'Anders is going to die in the end, so why even bother?'... and I romance Fenris again. xD
My S&S-warrior is going to romance Isabela ('cause I luv her) and I'm pretty sure she isn't going to fall for Fenris, for one simple reason; I'm going to play her as a 'guys are (possible) friends, not romance material.', so yeah she is going to be my gay Hawke. Fenris is going to be a friend (meta-gaming again because I'm going to be pro-mage for the most part, but Hawke will see the necessity of the circle, so she will probably rival Anders..).
Anyway, that's my new PT. xD

Ok. So on this current playthrough ... I just talked to Varric about Fenris... and I can't believe I don't remember this from my first playthrough (though my game was in Afghanistan for several years....)

Obsydian -- YES - it's like this hidden thing that triggers and they fixed it not too long ago. I actually haven't heard it either, but I know about it. I'm going to get it on this PT though *shakes fist* That is.. if I ever **** have TIME for this PT *facepalm*

Umm... what was I doing... right right... I was going to chime in my 10 cents about the OPTION WE DO NOT SPEAK OF.. since it is like 2 pages back already though... meh.. "Let us move on."

Solona, brain twin, we must really have so much in common because I absolutely love your story. I really do. I love your Fenris and your Hawke is just all kinds of quirky and adorable.

I have to chime in and say that I did romance Isabela on my archer PT. He was BFF with Fenris, and I absolutely LOVED it. I was so happy to have Fenris as this BAMF friend, and although it was hard as hell not to flirt and romance him I stayed true to my Izzy because I was enjoying the friendship side of Fenris's dialogue so much. He is so protective of Hawke either way. He just steps in and is like "You mess with Hawke, you mess with ME," and I go "OMG I love you so hard right now BRO!Fenris you have no idea."

The "or too much wine" comment in his act 2 dialogue kills me "It's the last one.. I promise!" *smirk* I was fangirling so bad 

I'm tired, and rambling, and should probably sleep.

I am having such a difficult time doing the other romance. I pretty much have my Merrill rivalmance Hawke in limbo right now, just not excited to go back to it. Did the Anders romance last, it was okay but still.. no one can compare to Fenris romance.

I was thinking of rolling an evil bloodmage that would do 'that which we don't speak of' (because I simply must try all options!)... but I may need to roll another fen-romance Hawke at the same time so I don't get too depressed.

@Tashash - any idea when you might have part 6 up of What the Water Gave Us? it's at a bit of a cliffhanger! (somewhat related note, I am not familiar with the songs from Florence + the Machine, but I'll be seeing them in concert next month, excited to hear the song and think of your story!)

ok, off to go start reading Solona's story now
eventually I'll get to Coffee Black...

I'm in my 6th PT and I romances Fenris 5 out of 6 times, with Anders being my LI in my very first PT.

But after reading what Arquen said about Fenris being an amazing BAMF... I think I wanna try that too! Not this PT- even though I just started it yesterday, I really, reaaalllly want to romance Fenris and I've already started flirting with him, lol.

I've always been interested in romancing Isabela and exploring that side of the relationship with her. I hear she's an excellent  LI...

Don't worry to much Sadi, they also think we're all frothing crazyfases who hate isabela soully because she can ALSO romance Fenris. You know. If you don't romance either of them.

How can anyone say that when everyone here who's read Coffee, Black thinks it's the greatest thing ever written? I had no ides that Garrett Hawke was female in the story.

Yes Fenris being bi = twice as much love since dude Hawke and lady Hawke can give him love. He deserves it.  

Not at the same time though. We don't want Marian and Garrett ripping poor Fenris in two.
