I giggle everytime I  type that, which makes my two-almost-three year old come over and say, "Mommy, you okay?" Then he wants to sit on my lap for an hour and watch "Hawke and the Dragon."

Random fact of the day. I know I probably shouldn't let him watch those videos, but he LOVES them, especially the Destiny one. He knows the words "Hawke, Qunari, Arishok ,Varric, Isabela, Bethany, and Carver", plus a handful of other names from Origins and Awakening (Ohh look mommy! It's Anders!). He would sit on this computer all day if I let him. Little gamer in the making. When I went to the store to buy Halo: Reach for my husband for Christmas, he grabbed a copy of DAII and would not let go until I explained that it was empty, in which case it finally went back to the shelf. As far as he's concerned, Bioware is making this game for him, haha.

I've been doing a constant countdown since I bought Awakening. I usually write it in the same place everyday at work, where all of my co-workers have gotten used to seeing it sit there; if I forget or am sick, they even fill it in for me.

I'm not really excited about the possibility of Merrill being a companion, although I'm interested to see what she looks like in DA2, if she's in it. I wonder how she and Fenris will interact.

Really? I'm excited about Merrill! Two female mages? If there's another mage (and shouldn't there be?), it means it's more likely that they'll be male, what with two females already "announced". Anders . . .

But I'm curious as well to see what she'll look like now, what with the new art direction. We've never had more than one elf in the party before, have we? Interactions might be really epic.

Happy New Years and all that stuff my fellow Fengirls (and guys)! *dramatic voice* Been away from the internets for a while, but my love for Fenris has not waned. Just yesterday I thought of the perfect derpicorn for Fenny - that random talking horse from the horse riding scene in Castlevania, Lord of Shadows (I don't know if the horse has a name, I was just watching someone else play it and immediately thought of my favourite glowing elf.) 


I don't have a better picture, unfortunately. But it's also a glowing horse! Just slap a rainbow-coloured alicorn on there and Fenny has his ride around Kirkwall.

Are you using Corel Painter, perchance? It default saves as RIF, but you can get it to save as JPEG too. Just go 'save as' on your work, and under the 'file name' option there's a 'save as type' dropdown menu - you can choose what format you want to save as there, including JPG.

Oooh I didn't consider that. Anders for permanent companion and LI plz.
There's supposed to be at least three of each class, right, or am I making that up?

Definitely. I wonder if she'll look considerably different to how she was in DA:O, like Isabella.

Lineage is a Korean MMORPG I think (unless Lucy is referring to a different Lineage), in which case no, it doesn't have much to do with Castlevania.

Damn, Lords of Shadow was such a gorgeous game though, and stuffed full of references to just about everything.
