ALSO, I have a Fenris question - regarding the gameplay.
I maxed my friendship with Fenris. (I play a rogue by the way.) I started that quest A Bitter Pill. Typically when you meet Orana (the slave elf) there's an option to give her money and send her on her way. That option is preferable when trying to romance Fenris. When I met Orana, there was no option for that. Only two options were to hire her as a servant or tell her to p*** off (essentialy). It was weird. I was used to three options, but playing as a rogue - there were only two.
Anyway, so I hired her as a servant. Then Fenris met me back at my mansion, the romance began and he was wearing an armband etc. Other NPC's talked about me and him being together too.
I've read, however, that giving Orana a job can end your romance with Fenris, despite the sex scene, arm band, and what other NPC's say. Meaning, by Act 3 - it's over. No flirt options etc. BUT I also read that this was fixed with a patch. And also - I am not playing the game on PC. I am playing it on Xbox360. So tell me... is the romance ended? Is the achievement no longer unlockable? Or am I in the clear?

Ok I'll answer and say no it doesnt end your relationship if you give orana a job or not, it just gives you rivalry or friendship points. So that shouldnt end the romance at all unless you sleep with someone before or after fenris, or clicked on the broken heart.

Well I slept with Anders before Fenris but never let Anders move in with me. I broke up with him on the spot. But the dragon age wiki page said that's totally fine in order to romance Fenris.

Ok my brain took a left turn but if it actually says, in order, to romance fenris its wrong. BUt if it says sure you can bump uglies with andy and still get glow boy then thats ok.
However I going with a huh face cause I havent played the game in...a month. Then again I always go for the glowstick.

Well, no you don't have to romance Anders to get Fenris. It just says that if you want to have multiple romances but also romance Fenris, you must romance certain people before Fenris. That includes Anders. Oh and it says never to romance Isabela neither before or after Fenris. Actually, you're not supposed to romance anyone after Fenris. His little romance programming gets totally written over if you do that. But doing Anders right before doing Fenris is a-ok, as long as you don't let Anders move in.
But that whole Orana thing is ... so annoying. I don't see why that would end a romance. Apparently they fixed it with a patch anyway, but I wanted to see if anyone on here has done it and had no problems.
And yes, I go for the glowstick myself. He's the only one who is perfect for Hawke.

My Hawke's always give Orana a job, and it has never broken off the romance with Fenris. I play on the 360. In fact, when I first played the game, before most patches had been released, I let Hawke give Orana the job, and when he kissed Fenris in the final Gallows scene, I unlocked the "Romantic" achievement, indicating that the romance was successful and complete.
P.S. Green!Fenris looks sad, and did he take off his red armband?!

That's really odd. :/ I'm still on my first playthrough, and on the PC. I play the more light-hearted Hawke, picking the mask icon most of the time, and I am playing a rogue. The coolest thing happened tonight. I'm running around in SWTOR online on the planet Hoth when an npc quest giver starts speaking to me in a stragely familier voice. I think, "Heyyyy... you don't have pointy ears but your voice sure is sexy."
So I wiki Gideon Emery's voice acting history and true enough, it was him! He actually did quite a few characters in the game it seems. I checked to see if he did any of the voices for the companions but he didn't. 
That kinda made me sad, but then I happened to scroll down and see that he has voiced quite a few audio books as well. I found one on Amazon and you can sample it!
So for my fellow fans who swoon for the Fen-voice check out the Amazon link here www.amazon.com/For-Heavens-Eyes-Only-Histories/dp/B005G3PWHW/ref=sr_1_1 He reads it a lot like Fenris's voice so it's easy to imagine Fenris is telling the story, lol!

Just trying to get caught up and start playing again! Looking forward to more of my 'Fenris only' play through. I know a lot of you don't like any mods to Fenris, but I found one that I really liked. When Fenris uses Lyrium Ghost, only his tattoo's glow. I like this because when he glowed all over he was a bit blurry. My Fenris:

Oh that could be it. I played her through as witty most of the time. I rarely used the olive branch, except when I'm scoring friendship points.

I am mod challenged - never tried it. I REALLY like what you did here! No idea how you did it. Again, mod challenged over here.

I only dislike mods when theres a really superficial feeling made on the companions and main character....especially knowing theres a mod that makes isabella more white and Aveline more pretty. Granted the former has me mad for racial reasons and the latter just mad.
But in terms for armor for Fenris, I am a-ok with. Does this particular mod light aup ALL the lyrium or just the ones they show us?

I downloaded this mod last night and I love it! I think they did a great job with his clothing as well. Some people complained that the modder didn't give the choice to seperate the markings and clothes, but personally, I think it was great.
I will be getting back to you soon Okami! Privately, so people don't start yelling at me on here for being self absorbed.
Have you tried the Dream of Antiva mod for Hawke? I downloaded that one too last night and loved the look. Needed something new for my latest playthrough.

I don't think Fenris winks at Hawke lol That's just part of his "standing" animation.
Trista, let me know if it doesn't make sense I tried to write it for "newbs" since I myself am one.
EDIT: BTW I should probably update the link because it's not even as difficult as I made it out to be. All you have to do is copy Hawke's entire outfit in GFF Editor and replace the Companion's outfit with it. Then you can just change the armor ID (and #) to whatever outfit you want the Companion to have.

So I'm one of those people who don't like mods on companions, but this is actually VERY cool. I've always thought it silly whenever Fenris uses Lyrium ghost his body turns entirely blue. Gosh he's spunky. I may download this someday.
