Yeah I never brought her along much either. I don't know why - I think it's because I always play a rogue and I didn't want to the group to be too rogue heavy. Though, I do like Isabela's character, she could be a little more badass. I mean she's a pirate, after all. Maybe I'm just thinking Jack Sparrow should be part of the group. hahaha

p.s. In Origins I somehow clicked a dialogue option and ended up in a threesome with Zevran and Isabela. You see nothing happen (DAMMIT) but you get a ton of Zev approval, apparently. 

It's tough having two rogues together in a party. What is worse is two archers.

Did you notice that bow she does in the Hanged Man when  you first meet her is reminiscent of Jack Sparrow?

Okay, how about this: we still have cool gals like Isabela and Merrill but they aren't love interests; instead we have ten different hot guys to choose from xDDDD Oh and in addition to pairing them up with your PC you can pair them up together ... sort of like Fenris x Isabela but no Isabela, just another smoking hot guy/elf. Back on topic, though, have you guys considered return companions in DA3? Ofc specifically our involuntary hero, Fenris? I know he wasn't an LI but when I played Awakening, I was so happy to see Oghren return. And even Wynne's short chat made me cheer. But I'm thinking we won't be as lucky when it comes to LIs for some reason. Perhaps it gets too complicated with too many previous actions to take into consideration.

And do we even want him to return in DA3 as an LI? Wouldn't that mean he's totally cheating on Hawke (and there's NO WAY he'd do that, nuh-uh!)? I was mulling it over in my head the other day when I thought about DA:O and came to the conclusion, I wouldn't have wanted Alistair (who was my LI then) to return in DA2 for the same reason (plus I made him king, he better damn well be grateful and stay faithful to the queen he dumped me for HRMPF!)

EDIT: Just making sure everybody understands my 'Back on topic' was meant for my own OT. Smut and pics ARE the topics of this thread (keep them coming, tyvm). And if this was obvious to everybody, then sorry, I've been tainted by some of the other threads where feelings run high, to say the least.

 I would have to say, I would only want to see Fenris return in a sort of cameo situation, maybe for a small mission, and I would PREFER to see Hawke with him (my god I love my Hawke's so much and I bet y'all do, too).  But IF he has to appear alone, I WANT him, no NEED him to talk about Hawke and their relationship.  At the very least, you hit on him, and he awkwardly tells you that he is in a very committed relationship with a fantastic MAN/WOMAN NAMED HAWKE AND THEY HAVE LOTS OF BABIES TOGETHER AND LIVE IN A QUAINT CABIN IN THE MIDDLE OF A BEAUTIFUL ENCHANTED FOREST ... okay that got away from me a bit...

Hahaha, yeah I would love that! A polite but firm reject of my (new) hero's advances "you're fabulous, darling, but sorry luv, the woman who served me my former tormentor on a platter is waiting for me back home". Enchanted forest, check! Quaint cottage, check! Babies.. notsomuch, they're an absolute disaster to pack for when you're out adventuring

I've been thinking about this a lot actually because there are so many threads about who wants which companion or love interest to return. I've thought about it a ton. And there are numerous answers and choices I could give. 

But after thinking about it... this is what I want:

I want every single companion from both DA:O and DA2 to be part of your DA3 group. No expansions necessary - and don't care if some of them died - the Bioware writers can soap opera those bastards back to life, somehow. 

And make everyone a potential love interest. LOL. 

Haha well they did fix the Ultimate Sacrifice, so what does a few dead companions matter?

But honestly, I couldn't do that. ALL my companions? Potential LIs? Seriously, I couldn't; my head would implode from all the possibilities. I'm already nitpicking the game to pieces, going over every damn little detail; if I had everyone at my disposal (My.. Oh my... *fans self*) I'd never get anywhere simply because I could never make up my mind about who to start with. And we all know what happens once you pick your LI for your first playthrough. When you play a new game and pick another LI, you feel like you friggin' cheating on the first one! Grah, the horror! Oh I'd be all over Fenris, I just know it and I'd feel like hell for it. Zevran would be alright, he'd just pester Fenris, asking if he'd like some company or possibly a helping hand.. But Alistair.. oh Alistair. He would be there, stepping on his own toes: "So... you and Fenris? Well he is a fine elf and a brave warrior.. oh and eh last night, I sort of overheard.. apparently he doesn't think swooping is bad.. Licked any lampposts lately?"

Not all women read romance novels, but I think that those who do would really love this game. I think they'd love DA:O more because it's easier to role-play as yourself in that game since there's no voice for the Warden.

What BW has really done is made a game for everyone, including romance-lovers!

Honestly, if they do bring Fenris into DA3 they better not screw him up or make him look incredibly hideous. I will send hate mail to BW for the rest of my life if this happens.

Part of me doesn't want him back. There's just too much room for it to all go wrong. Like the cottage, dedicated love to Hawke and babies angle. Fenris always wanted family and elves apparently breed quickly. All their children could go work for Varric's elven urchin underground spy network.

Jack Sparrow and Varric is a must.
