Haha Well yeah it bothers me a lil bit but I'm also really really sensitive about animals, hurting animals, seeing animals suffer, etc. So I don't even like to think about them suffering in any way ... now because this is all clearly based on psychological responses on my part and not on logic, I can admit without shame that I'm not at all bothered by animals eating one another. I know, weird. But I just get choked up thinking about anyone hurting a sweet little rabbit. And not just sweet rabbits, but cows and deer and chickens, too. Yes, I know, I have issues ~.~
But I'm just answering your question since you asked, not saying you can't joke about stuff, haha xD At least you are not a total douche like some of my male friends who think it's just soooo hilarious to make meat jokes! Someone tell me please why guys think this is so funny. All my girl friends are really VERY kind about it and my sister even tells me to close my eyes when we are shopping together and she needs some meat from the meat market LOL Oh, and when I shop with my mom, she is careful to put her meaty foods on the far end of the cart so they don't touch mine. It's amazing what the people who love you will do for you, even when you're a little bit insane xD
I'm wondering who I'd get along with best in DA2, and it's surprising to say that it'd probably be Merrill. I think Merrill would indulge my squeamishness because she's a little darling like that, and why do I also get the sense that the Dalish say a prayer of thanks or something each time they shoot an animal, and that they always make sure to shoot so that the animal doesn't suffer.
Fenris would tell me I'm an idiot and would want nothing to do with me xD
Anders would pretend to think it's cute and try to get into my pants. Isabela actually WOULD think it's cute and try to get into my pants.
Aveline would gruffly tell me I've led a pampered life.
Does anyone else sit and think about how they'd interact with Fenris if he really existed? It's troubling to think that he and I really would not get along AT ALL lol
I don't like to see animals suffer either. I wasn't happy I killed 6 rabbits this week, but I live out in the absolute middle of nowhere and there are tons of them on the roads atm. I stop when I can, but when it is a choice between it an accident, well... the bunny unfortunately loses. Often, I will stop and pick up turtles and carry them to the other side of the road. Nothing upset me more than seeing a turtle die. I guess because they live so long.
Men are like that. They are bastardos. Ha to you dirty word filter!
Merril and I would get along too. I'm an avid flower gardner, so I can see her absolutely loving digging in the dirt with me.
Anders I dislike. Isabela I dislike for the most part. Aveline I really love so we would get on. Varric a definite. He would be my drinking/gossip buddy. Maybe an ex boyfriend.
Fenris... Hmmmmmm . The one thing about Fenris is that if you disagree with him he respects your decisions as long as they are rational and not forced upon him, as in, you don't expect him to feel the same way. There are way too many people in the world that expect you to agree with them, and when you don't, they can't handle it. I respect someone who doesn't back down with their beliefs, like Harle, you, Ren, Ghost.(I probably forgot someone) I'm still getting to know other people on the forum. The newbies
Fenris, I think tries to consider different points of view by ACTIII. He's a lost cause in Act I to some extent.
I'm grumpy and moody so that would be an interesting mix and I like to drink. I think as long as you respected him, tried to understand and actually cared for him it would work. Every relationship requires give and take, respect and hard work. So, that's my not so straight forward answer. Would I like him? I think so. Would he get on my nerves? Most definitely, but he has so many redeemable qualities, and personally, I find his moaning cute and so over the top that it is funny.
Sorry for writing a novel!
