Why do so many people insist that Fenris must always react poorly to Hawke? What I am trying to say is: why is it so often assumed that if Hawke does something Fenris does not like that it is going to equal anger, throwing things and general rough sex? Am I the only one who sees Fenris having more than one mode? Or is it more about what turns people on? I'm grappling with this... ugggggggg.

So I managed to romance Fenris in the end, and then when he left Hawke slept with Isabela. Now I've just got to the end of Alone and remember that there should be a flirt option there when Fenris says 'now I am alone'? Something like 'you have me'. The only options were non flirt and the nicest one was 'you have friends' which Aveline comments on.

Have I buggered that up by having Hawke sleep with Isabela? Or will I still get the normal romance options after the Act 3 Questioning Beliefs? I'd like him to ultimately have been my Hawkes proper love with Isabela just being a rebound night after Fenris left but am wondering if this isn't possible if you do Isa after him?

Once you have been with Fenris you cannot romance anyone else. He's possessive like that Actually, he thinks you will be better off without him. Silly elf can't share.

Actually, as I recall, you cannot even flirt with anyone else. I might be wrong about that one, but I do know you can't sleep with anyone else after being with him.

Oh that totally goes against what the Wiki says....ugh!!!

The wiki entry says that during Act 3 Questioning Beliefs he'll bring up what happened '3 years ago' and if you slept with someone afterwards he'll comment on it. I assumed that meant that as long as you didn't chose any broken hearted dialogue options you could go back to him?

Is it bugged or is the Wiki wrong?

No. After Fenris left me, I flirted with Anders and got that kiss from him. And I turned him down (when he insulted Fenris) just before he and I got it on. I was able to patch things up with him without a problem. It must be a bug or something with Isabela.

From the Wiki:

If Hawke slept with someone else after Fenris left, he will bring up this topic.

Fenris can leave party permanently at this point if you choose the option "You should leave". He will thank Hawke and state that he will go west.

Okay this is what I know (which isn't a lot but here you go)

If you want to get it on with other people before getting it on with Fen this is what worked for me:

Do not do any of his quests in Act 2 until you have sowed all your oats, in other words, sleep with whoever you want first, get it out of the way, and then start his quests. If you start his quests in act 2 and then sleep with others the romance will fail. At least, that is what i have experienced several times.

After that, do Fenris's quests, all of them, flirt, be merry, take cold showers, keep that smexy smoldering look of his in mind to keep you going.

I know what you are saying MRZ but I swear, I once flirted with Isabela after romancing Fenris and the romance failed to trigger.

Short answer is, if you sleep with anyone else after Fenris leaves you in Act 2 (after that night of intense elfy passion, that is) then you will never get him back. You will not be able to make up and hook up again in Act 3. He's been friendzoned.

Trust me I searched for a lot of reference pieces for this, but it was ultimately HNMartin who did the composition and background.

Also yes....we did notice the bulge and said nothing about it.

I can't stop staring at it! One of the few FemHawke's that I truuuuuly like! She gorgeous and bad ass at the same time. And they actually look like a couple. I mean this looks like someone Fenris would really and truly fall for!!!!! (And this is me who usually plays gay Fenris, so yeah!!)

Wow Ghost that pic is amazing.  And so is that other piece aldien!  Very talented artist!
I believe a while back Arquen managed to romance everyone - but there is a specific order and you will end up Forever Alone Hawke assuming you don't stay with the last one - but I know it's not Fenris.  She did have posted on youtube under the same name - Arquen.
What's everyone think of a cameo by Fenris in DA3?  Good, bad, ugly?  If they butcher him like Zev , then I say leave it be.
