No no no, the Fenris thread was interesting for once :<
Anywho, hi.

Have you guys had the "Will licking Fenris' tattoos replenish your
mana" conversation. If so ,I would REALLY like to know which pages that's
on.

Rofl! Hello!

It has been rather interesting of late. Hmmmmm I'd just like to watch Hawke
lick Fenris. I'm not sure I would care if it replenished my Hawke's mana
or not. Was that too much information?

Hey you know what would be a good area to visit and have a decent excuse to
have a Fenris Cameo...FRIGGIN SEHERON! Think of it, the mage templar comflict
is over, meaning Tevinter is making a mad pull agaisnt the Qunari.

The fog warriors are in dire need of help and who pops up as a form of
remdeption for being non romacned or holing up with their li...Fenris. Looking
man-tastic as a silver fox.(hot older man)

Possibly glistning from the humidty....wering a loin cloth when you take off
the armor....oh god I need to practice.

Can never have enough excuses to draw elves in romance era piece
"tribal" gear along with Kossith. Dressed like Maori me-ow.

Aldy please me stop thinking of hula skirt dancing fenris.

You know, I had to go to all the trouble of cutting and pasting for you ,
Ghost.

Seheron would be awesome and not because I am biased about the hula skirt,
though his legs are kind of boney ;) Fenris always looks man-tastic. Stop with
the glistening and loin cloth! You will make me glisten ;) Oh the mental images
*hot flashes*

Hey, yeah, draw some Fenris and Aveline in some scant clothing since they are
in Seheron and it is hot ;) Did you see AbsoluteApril's drawing of the Kossith
woman? She has a link on the previous page. It's really lovely :D

From what we see in the book Asunder Orlais is gonna be smack dab in the middle of a
civil war with the mages and circles all rebelling AND being invaded by
Fereldan. I really don't know any writer good enough to stick fluffy
into that

What about Orlais is not fluffy? Even with the war there is going to be a big
wheel of cheese and probably one of the De Launcet's complaining about what
they are wearing and who is screwing who and knickers. We need Quanari,
Kossith, Elves, Magisters. One big nasty revolution, lots of nudity and sexy
people in war paint. Hell yeah ;)

Morning....

Is it odd to answer a picture with a picture?

Oh! They gave the picture the Fenris eyebrow! Excellent. B)

I love that picture especially that look on his face that says he can be both deadly and sexy at the same time. ;) That's how we love you Fen Fen.

I have been looking for a mod for DA2 so he can dual wield. It seems to look more natural than that big long phallic weapon he carries around... oh yes and the sword on his back looks rather unwieldy too ;)   (Lame I know)

And you said topic become boring!

If only Fenris could use dual-wield blades... I mean, he can equip it but it's useless. Looks so hot and fitting!

That was one of my biggest complaints about DA2. You couldn't mix and match weapons with different classes. I'm not saying that Isabela should be able to wield magic or Merrill a sword, but there could have been sensible combinations.

They made every class very restrictive. I could have pictured Fenris as a dual wielder (because it's sexy) with archery on the side. His great eyesight, hearing and reflexes would have made him a deadly archer. But no... we got one big phallic looking monster of a sword instead, the same height as him o_O I'm still unsure how he runs with that thing. It almost touches the ground when strapped on his back. What happens if he falls backwards while it is strapped to him?

I always played a dual wield warrior in DAO and was rather distraught(when I first played DA2 last year anyways) that I could not do so in DA2...  I wonder why they didn't just make Fenris a rogue?  Doesn't he spend much of the time(before he was introduced in act 1) sneaking around and avoiding Danarius and all his bounty hunters?  You'd think that would take a high dexterity/cunning and would also be difficult with that Huge sword hovering on his back...

I like that Fenris is a two handed warrior. All elves are duel weilding rogues or mages all the time crafty. but delicate. Fenris is a bloody brute on the battle field and I find him a nice change from the norm.Posted Image

Skyrim really made me love the duel weapon warrior plus bow. It was a fun combination, though sometimes it looked like I was trying to cut through pineapples, I adored it.  Yes, big change from DAO and not a popular one :/ Take away people's choice and ability to change their companions was not a good decision. :/

You're right. He acts more like a rogue than a warrior. He doesn't have the build, say like Cullen to really pull the look off. And his armor, *rolls eyes* it looks extremely flimsy for a man on the frontline assault. I'm sure the feathers helped ;) Can't discount them.

Clank, clank, clank... How did Danarius find me again? Fenris wonders. He  must have a way to track me. Blood magic!! ^_^

Fleshdress, it's just shameless sex appeal for the most part, but I do think it is more fitting with his character. although.... where's that piccy brb.

Well......that was a.....mmmm......fiery bit of posting. Late to the discussion, so I will bow out (no need to stoke the coals). :D

As for DW vs. 2hd warrior; I loved DW warriors in DAO (though I prefered playing rogue), but I have to admit, I love Fenris with a big ol' blade......I always imagine my more spritely Hawkes coming up behind Fenris, and slowly adding weighted magnets to the back of his blade.......just waiting to see him tip over; arms windmilling while trying to balance on his heels.....heheh! :D Such a 'bad, bad' Hawke.
<evil grin>

So... you ready for Orlais?

I really wanted Tevinter! It would have been great to live a day in the nonexistent shoes of an elf, experience slavery firsthand and then want to f'ck the magisters up. Or be n ex-slave with flashbacks, who gathers companions to help start a revolt and lead it. Fenris's help would be welcomed ;) It would have made the player angry, I think  and urged them to want to change the situation.

Ahh Orlais..  lots of vibrant colors, melancholy cheeses, society parties and the hats! So many hats!

Tevinter or Seheron would be ideal, maybe we'll get to go to all? ahh I can wish..
This discussion inspired me to make a silly meme:

Mmmm, for varieties sake maybe a promage exslave, Or maybe a mage exslave lol, That would be a confusing time.

Fenris: "All slaves rise up, free yourselves... kill the mages"

Slave mages: contradictory information... Do. Not. Want.

in Tevinter, do you think they would allow mage slaves? My head says they would be taken to see if there was potential to be apprenticed (Varania?) or killed in a ritual - hmm side note, maybe a strong Teviner Magitster has the power or a spell that would let them absorb the magical essence of slave mages they kill. (drain all the essence!)

someone brought this up eariler and it stuck in my head - what if Fenris was a mage and Danarius used the lyrium markings to 'bind' his magic? (sorry I don't remember who said it to give proper credit).

In banter Anders stated there must be some mages in Tevinter who don't use bloodmagic and Fenris respond there there is, slaves, and that in tevinter magisters don't hesitate to coller their own. Plus Varania was a slave until Fenris/Leto freed her.

Also, I said it, cause it is one of my headcanon playthroughs. Posted Image

Ah codex on Tevinter says that the magisters oppress other mages as well, so it's very much possible that there are mage slaves.

I don't think Fenris ever was a mage. Contact with raw lyrium is lethal for mages, so I doubt a mage would survive the ritual. It also doesn't sound that logical to me that Danarius would use a mage for this purpose. He wanted a bodyguard. A deathly weapon, both with a blade and with special abilities that can surprise every opponent.

oh you guys.. with your logic and 'facts' crushing my little head dreams lol just kidding, thanks, I must have completely missed or overlooked the comment Fenris made and the codex about it.

Yeah I don't really think Fen was ever a mage either, it just makes for an interesting idea/story. : )

I think magisters use lowly mages for target practice ;)

Seriously, in my head canon, I see magisters using mages to practice their defensive skills to keep them sharp. But the lowly mages arent allowed to use their magic at full strength.

I love your drawings April! You should really submit your Kossith drawing to BW see if they will put it up on Facebook

I want a t-shirt of this: Posted Image Now!
