As long as it's not a Southern accent.  Fenris sounding like he came from Texas would just be odd (no offense to anyone from Texas or any other southern state).

OK, so not German. 

Is his accent from one of the known areas, but just harder to pick up on (E.G. it's watered down slightly), making it sound funny?

If you feel uncomfortable answering that one, then can we possibly have Fenris' VA's first initial?
