If you play Legacy and mama Hawke is dead and I think also when she is alive, she says something along the lines of: you are just like your father battling the world with questionable wit. That is if your Hawke is witty. So whatever personality your Hawke has Leandra makes reference to the fact it is the same as Malcolm's personality.

And for some odd reason, that makes me look at Garrett Hawke in the Destiny trailer and think Malcolm looked very similar and then it's all swoon from there.

Where's her whip? That FHawke looks like the whipping sort Mmmmmmmmmm Castor. Which one was Ezriel? I have a terrible memory. You mentioned him a few posts back.

So from this picture can we assume Hawke and Fenris got it on in the hallway? Sandal cover your ears! I'm surprised she didn't suffocate him out with her bosom

I do know the line that you speak of...have heard it for each of the "distinct" personalities. However, I never really attribute them as being "exactly" alike....more similar or akin, in certain aspects. It's like my husband tends to poke at me (get ya mind outta da gutta) about a few of my habits. I am known to do things in someways, similar to my mother. I will even pick up mannerisms and tone in voice, that is similar (and I am not blood related to my mother...lol!). BUT, if you actually spent some time with my mother and I, you REALLY wouldn't think of us a that much alike.....definately not mirrored.

But then that is just my interpretation....

Poke you.....stop it! Most children go out of their way not to be like their parents. That's a good thing in most cases. If Hawke is a blood mage then he is nothing like daddy or at least he doesn't have the same moral code. But I know what you mean about picking up mannerisms and such. People do that when they spend lots of time together.

I am the same with the crush thing except I eventually take it a step further and write a story for them. I've never managed to make a character in Skyrim that I fancy. They always end up looking odd and old. I'd be better off falling for the dragon.

Here's my Hawke. He is annoyed because Gamlen ate the last cookie. I didn't actually make him but I absolutely adore him. When he smirks I swoon. I know... it's sad, but at least I'm happy and sad   I'm looking for a mod so I can have him go around the game shirtless.

Hawke's boobs are an abomination in that picture. I checked mine out in the mirror. They aren't that erect and at awkward angles. Am I really discussing my breasts with you, Ren? o_O

I only ever play as female Hawke, and my boyfriend does not even come close to the default. He literally makes ridiculous stereotypes and plays as them. He named one Friar Douche and . . .yeah. So my experience with Hawke is, oh hooray!

As a woman with decent sized breasts, they don't work that way! They just don't, sobs.

I am probably going to be deemed a "blasphemer" shortly, but I thought I would admit to something.....After making a crapton of different Hawkes, and (at the very least) trying out just about every possible hairstyle for both female and male, I have come to a sad truth:

I am not a fan of the default M!Hawke hairstyle. *gasp!*

Sorrry!!! I really am. I have tried that hairstyle on just about every male I have ever conceived, and it ends up looking like a cross between a comb-over and a boy-band hairstyle. >.< Again.....so sorry!

It probably doesn't help that I started to notice "holes" in-between the...hmmmm, what's the right word...."wings"(?) of the style. Bah...I'm not sure I can aptly convey my feelings towards this coiffe. *sigh*

BTW, aldy....Rog and I have made note on the need for artists/bands/authors (in rare cases) to "elongate" their nomenclature. We call it "trying to hard". Damn, Rog and are kinda d*cks. XD

The only reason I realized it wasn't early balding was because of Sol. He truly has a comb-over in the game. But Garrett and Sol's hairstyles are very similar in the way the hair stands up.

Have you downloaded hair mods? I'd love to change up my Hawke's hair. I'm not partial to it. I got no love for that do.

I have downloaded a few hair mods, and some of them I have used for female Hawkes, but the hairstyles for the men are "meh".  I do have another hair mod I haven't installed yet...maybe there is something good on that.  I saw someone use Fenris' hair on their fellow (can't remember who it was that did it....they basically made a human version of Fenris...I thought it looked pretty good. ) Castor's hairstyle is one of my favorites, and is available in the vanilla CC.  However, I do notice that it doesn't work on all face styles. 


As for "observant" instead of d*ck....I'll take it.

None of the hair mods fit my braided to the umpteenth hawke. Even the long haired ones are pixelated sobs.

I DREW ANOTHER THING because I just want Fenris to have a family and be happy and not scarred forever HE WILL BE SCARRED FOREVER BUT MAYBE HE CAN AT LEAST BE HAPPY so my friend suggested this. It's butcher Latin to pretend Tevinti(?) second line is "Moreso, we are family."

Height preference as just a preference is fine.  I've seen people draw/write some really big m!Hawkes for just that reason.

I agreeeeeeee  I used default hair once and was entertained for an entire playthrough. I think he was a redhead. Anyway, it was cute. Different. Then I fired up another new playthrough, slapped on default hair again, and couldn't finish the playthrough. And the holes. Yes, THE HOLES!! It's odd how it does that. I mean, it's the default hair! It should be the last hairstyle to have gaping holes and clipping.

Well seems many ppl want more detailed romance view on the characters.. haha only thing i acctual complain over is that Zevran - romance and also alistar - romance scene is alot better then any of those you see in DA2. Sure isabellas is fun makes me laugh though.. Still all this Hawk/sexuell makes Fenris less of a man... gosh with that mutch emotions boiled up it would be the otherway around and not hawke that takes comand... Most people that has been force to be subited to others has more go to claim domiance and controll after they broke the bonds... but HAWKE IS KISSING HIM AS HE WOULD BE A GIRL!! Have you tried the rivalmance with Fenris? He tends to be more aggressive then, and even shoves Hawke against the wall before the kiss.

I think I got that as well, though, and I did a regular ol friendly romance.

I think it has to do with the options you choose or something. If your character grabs his arm, he flips out for a split second there.

@Aroihkin is right. If you make to grab Fenris' arm at the estate, with the Flirt line "Don't go", he will push Hawke up against the wall regardless of Friendship or Rivalry. (and it goes without saying, this is IF you are on track to romance him.....so now I said it. )

I love Zevs romance (love it even more with ZDF, ZRS, ZevRing and Gatekisses), but I do still have a lot of love for Fenris' romance. The execution is different, then the romances in DAO. It would have tickled me something fierce, if DA2 was more mod friendly, and we had comparable mods to Zevs from DAO. Oh yes it would have.

But I take what I can, and at the very least, Fenris' romance leaves me with one of the best pixelated kisses I have seen. *dopey grin*

I feel so stupid. I could have sworn that the love scenes differed between friendship and rivalry, but I looked it up on youtube and the only difference is "you don't have to leave, Fenris" vs. "so you're just going to leave?" respectively. Huh. Seems like Fenris' memory problems are rubbing off on me.

Shhhhhh.....Fenris is sleeping. Curled up in the fetal position, one hand grasping at an ear, the other between his knees. Every now and again, a wheezy, nasally noise escapes his proboscis. Should anything disturb him, he mumbles a litany of Tevinter swears, but promptly falls back to sleep.
