! Also you guys can we keep the graphical and game mechanics jargon on the Sebastian thread? >_<

I wish there were an actual thread for that sort of thing actually - it is a legit conversation in a not-so-legit spot.

Faster means a mindless button mashing game , probably button mashing the same moves and same buttons over and over and over. Even mike laidlaw says" it ran the risk of it being so different thats not for me"

@ Yellow: Now that you mention it, Fenris isn't actually pretty "in that way" He still retains quite a bit of masculinity to me, it shows on his face with good reason too since you know the whole being a slave and infused with lyrium thing, I'm glad the folks in charge didn't skimp over that by giving him a fresh smooth baby face or something.

I think the only thing that makes him a pretty boy is pretty superfiical....it's the hair....take away that hair and he's not what I would call a pretty boy.....(pretty boy imho means metro-sexual male)

I am not sure if it falls under any prompt theme, but i imagined this dialogue and i thought it's funny xD

Hawke: Ma, I want to tell you something…

Mama Hawke: Sure darling, what is it?

Hawke: I fell in love with somebody and i would like to
bring him here…

Mama Hawke: Oh! Is he that handsome prince?

Hawke: Uhm…no..

Mama Hawke: Maybe that dashing rogue?

Hawke: No mom it’s not Varric…it’s-

Mama Hawke: Darling i hope it’s not a she…it’s a him right?
Not that i would mind, but i don’t expect grandchildren from Carver. You know
how he is…

Carver: I heard you!!!

Hawke: No it’s not a woman! It’s someone special…someone
even better than all of those you mentioned. It’s Fenris!

Mama Hawke: The…slave?

Hawke: He is not just a slave you know…he can do lots of
stuff! He is special...

Mama Hawke: Don't tell me you two already…i hope you are NOT
pregnant!

Hawke: I wasn’t talking about that, mom!!! But you said that
you want grandchildren anyways…

Mama Hawke: Yea, but not with pointy ears. Imagine me going
into the market…everyone is going to ask me why am i walking my servant’s
child!

Hawke: Argh fine! *walks out of the room*

Mama Hawke: Carver, my little boy, come over here for a second.

Carver: Yes mom...

Mama Hawke: Do you have a girlfriend?

Carver: Ew! No! I am too young for that...

Mama Hawke: I am doomed...

PS: i am sure her mom wouldn't act this way...but i hope that we can have a family meeting xD

@ Jaulen: I don't even consider a pretty boy a metrosexual, I just see it as a male character who is universally appealing by having the "It" thing. It as in having all the qualities that make him masculine without it being overbearing (i.e huge nasty non-human muscles or lots of body or facial hair) Vega from Street Fighter is a good example, or Leon S. Kenedy from the Resident Evil games the latter who gets alot of flack from the male fanbase for being "too attractive" as compared to Chris Redfield who's supposed to be the "masculine man's man" but honestly Chris is very attractive to, so I kinda have to roll my eyes when people complain about that.

@TB...I think I'm probably awash in too much American TV then...since to me pretty boy would mean "takes too much time with his appearance" and I wouldn't consider Fenris a pretty boy at all. Although I do think he looks nice. :)

lol it's ok, I've just always figured that a metro and a guy who's just geuniely handsome or pretty without trying to be are  two diffrent things , the former meaning a guy who spends to much time on himself while the latter is just hot and it's not his fault XD

It's a preselect ava, from Warhammer I believe. I'm familar with the series just never played it. I really wish we could upload custom avatars without using the character creator : /

Fenris Wolverine

"They know what I am. Let them come, if they find the courage. I'm the best there is at what I do. But what I do best isn't very nice."

"Once slave test subject to a Tevinter magister Weapon X -program, Fenris Wolverine was altered: lyrium adamantium was burned into his flesh bones, its magic procedure both stripping his memory as well as changing him forever. He became a living weapon, and eventually used his power to escape his chains. Now he finds himself in a strange land with no friends—and a former master an organization that refuses to let him be."

Ohmylord, 'tis so subtle! He's only missing the sideburns! :o Will he smoke cigars too?

On the subject of Sebastian and Fenris:

Fenris:
You seek vengeance upon those who killed your family?

Sebastian:
What? Are you going to tell me that it isn't worth it? That I'll just throw my life away for revenge?

Fenris:
No, but I will warn you that it may be a long time before you gain the justice that you seek.

Sebastian:
Then I will hunt these men down. I will slay them as they slayed my kin. They will recieve justice for their actions.

Fenris:
I have sought to repay my old master for his cruelty for many years. When the time is right I will settle the debt, for now we have this little band as our companions and life for the most part is good. I shall wait, so should you.

Sebastan:
No elf, I shall not wait, not as my quarry slips away from me more and more each passing day.(starts walking back to camp)

Isabela:
That was quite philisophic of you Fenris, I didn't know you had it in you.

Fenris:
I don't, but if he keeps wearing his emotions on his sleeve like that, those assassins will tear him apart.
I hope that the Maker has mercy on him.

Logan's memory loss was from a bullet to the head. (Unless you are referring to the comics. Im which Logan's own body wipes his memory)

Do you honestly think you are original by posting this? We've obviously never had Fen compared to any other character in literature before. Expecially not Wolverene.

Nice dialogue Dr.Dr. I could see how Fen would be the one to "understand" Seb's whole "revenge on the one who pained me".

Does this mean Fenris also has a skeleton made of adamantium? And an uber cool fast healing factor? Cuz that'd be pretty badass.... Seriously though all characters ever created have a trope or plot that's been done and can be a knock off of some other character if you grasp at straws enough.

Lay off the haterade bro, you sound mad lol.

No kidding. There are very little "original" stories any more. Everything was influenced by something and a lot has been done before.

Oh please, Wolverine is so boring. Marvel let him boring. X-men is a team, not only 1 character.

So much hate, so fast. Cease the bashing, please and chill.

No, I don't think I was the first to notice this similarity with Wolverines background...or that the his looks brings Geralt of Rivia in mind... and I doub't I'll be the last. I just popped in to check on new announcement regarding DA2.

Sure I realize it's next to impossible to create completely original fantasy character nowadays. Please.

Btw, in the movie, bullet wiped Wolvies memory. In the comics however...
