I like personality more than looks. With video game characters, it's their story or what makes them different that I like.

One thing I liked about Shale in the DAO DLC was that she was a fully realized character with plenty of dialogue. Hopefully, Sebastian will follow that path instead of being a character like Zaeed or Kasumi who lacked the same degree of interaction as the other characters in ME2.



On the subject of Fenris. There will be information as we get closer to release. With the clock ticking down on the Signature Edition pre-order, BW most likely wanted to show those on the fence about buying it the exclusive character.



I am willing to bet that in February we'll start seeing more Fenris and the other party members. Perhaps even some character themed trailers.

Ha ha. Theres truth to that. Elves are the "Graseful, godly, beautiful beings" and dwarfs are the "Down to earth, drunk, jokesters with wild unkept hair". (There are obviously things wrong with my stereotypes but for the sake of the argument...) Of coarse the ladies love them

Also, vampires? Hahaha. I remember in Fallout 3 they had this poor excuse for a vampire, anyone remember that? HILARIOUS stuff. Vance was hawt though. Too bad his wife was a poopy head.

granted that I don't check this thread regularly/religiously, I must have missed it...what's this game that y'all are playing?

Yeah chicks are suckers for that tall, bad, dark/pale, and handsome stuff. (Me included )Not to mention all the undertones associated with the biting thing. Admitedly before Meyer created Vampire Lite with twilight I've always had a soft spot for them, so you know... if it happened...I'd be on that thread pretty damn quickly making all kinds of lewd jokes and annoying everyone with "squees"  But I don't think...we have to worry Elves remain the ladykillers in Bioware land for now.

A question for everyone in the thread. Do you think that Fenris is religious? Not in a joined the Chantry and became a monk way, but sort of like Leliana (minus the whole vision thing).



To me I can see Fenris relating to the teachings of Andraste, as she too was a slave in the Tevinter Imperium who escaped and eventually took down the Imperium in it's original form.

I can't exactly see him visiting the local Chantry, I can see him trying to apply Andraste's teachings to his life as a kind of coping mechanism.

He could also be the opposite-- completely unrelgious, and questioning of others why they call upon any form of deity because of what happened to him. He could have a sort of thing where he believes: "I called upon the Maker and Andraste to help me... and I got nothing. Why should I believe in something that doesn't exist?"

Maybe he believes in a blend of elven and human religions. Kind of like how Voodoo came about from a mix of Catholicism and West African religions. Though since losing his memories he may not have had much time to dwell on spiritual matters, he might be fairly neutral if the topic comes up.

Possibly. You could also make the argument that he believes that "No God worth worshiping would ever do something like that to me." It would be interesting if they touched on it in the game.
