So...thinking some more about each of our companions having homes and such, has this mental image of Fenris in a cooking apron, failing miserably at cooking dinner for his lovely Lady Hawke Posted Image Adorable

Totally random, I know. Figured I'd share...

This makes me wonder what would be in his actual house...I wonder what kind of living area he would create for himself.

I'm thinking a hammock for some reason. Like I said before, I just cant imagine him in a "normal" sort of housing situation. Not that there's anything wrong with hammocks, of course Posted Image

Ugh god I hate hammocks terrible things to sleep on, though I'm sure Fenris could pull it off, he is after all a ninja:ph34r:

I can't imagine making out with someone in a hammock, let alone anything further.
Ya'd need some serious dexterity to pull it off.:P

lmao, lets just say I can speak from personal experience and ..it was pretty terrible guess I didn't allocate my points correctly. Fenris though he can just tap into that elven agile litheness their so known for and steal kisses without you even knowing.

Really? Have you ever sat with another person in one of those things? You're practically ontop of them the whole time!

I think it'd be interesting Posted Image If not, then it'd make for a very halarious cut scene Posted Image

Speaking of dexterity and stuff, I'm sure I could find it elsewhere but I'm lazy, is Fenris a twohander or single swordsman? Or is that still a mystery?

*in before bed* I can't help but imagine that Fenris rents a small room somewhere and collects something really innocuous, something free people see/get all the time but slaves don't. Maybe...candles? I can see him not actually being scared of the dark, but finding a light source he can control to be comforting. Or possibly something else.

And him sleeping in a hammock would be awful if he dislocated a shoulder, that stuff hurts for a while after you pop it back in, or what if he broke it? I always imagined there was still residual pain after poultices were applied (not taken) and that they were more used to get one out of deaths door step.

I sort of picture Fenris' house being this small loft over the local tavern, quiet and spartan in decoration. It would be a kind of bolt hole style place that Fenris would feel safe from the Magister in. Think along the lines of Jack's hidey-hole in ME2.

Fenris will be the equivalent to an artist who rents a studio, really small but practical. that is if he isn't living outside like I think he'll be lol. You'll probably interrupt his meditating...

So no Fonzie style pad above Mrs. H's house?  Or Greg Brady's completely cool bead curtain separating his area from the rest of the place? :)

And it is not a 2-handed sword either. So 99% sword and shield warrior.

The 1% wins out, I guess.

Who said he was small?

*Thinks about that for a second*

OK, minds out of the gutter! Do not make any gutter-minded comments on that. I mean like... tall... or about as tall as Hawke.

UH lol I meant small as in his body type, he's got a very lean body not some huge body and certainly no huge arms for two handed sword carrying, but meh it's their game lol. Go ahead with your huge sword Fenny.

Isabella: That is quite a large sword, elf. Tell me, is it possible you are overcompensating for...something?

Fenris: *sigh*

I think it's the lyrium brands. They make him a weapon. He gets big weapon. I dunno, I got bad logic.

You should just replace that sigh with dry sarcasm "No, wanna see?"

About Fen's house; I now get the idea that he rents/buys a small house in Lowtown after refusing to stay with the Hawkes because he wants freedom that he hasn't had (freedom to have his own house, freedom to do things on his own, etc.)

How could he afford?

Unless Hawke starts paying for him... Nah, I don't think Fenris would even remotely allow that.

Isabela: So... Hawke tells me those markings make you very strong.

Fenris: Strong enough.

Isabela: And give you great endurance.

Fenris: I see where this is going...

Isabela: They improve your eyesight, too? Marvelous!

Fenris: Put some pants on, woman.

LOL @ Gaider I guess she could retort with well you put some shoes on first. But well it's not like slaves come with a set of nice shoes.

Ooh. Is this true, I wonder? Very interesting...I wonder, if it's possible to remove those tattoos, how else it might affect him?

Fenris: Put some pants on, woman.

 I would love to quote this, but I'm afraid it would be taken as another one of my harpy woman rants about pants.
