Did they even have cookie sheets back then? lmao I would also like to think that after we find poor Fenris Hawke would be nice enough to buy the poor guy some shoes
I rather like him w/out the shoes. All the more exotic and special

Probably not... It was all said in the vein of comedy... And I would hope so too... My Hawke would at least...

You kinda need your toes bro, especially if your gonna be adventuring and stuff you are of no use if you have no toes. Plus you know the whole...freedom thing and it being lost because he's can't walk...
It's very hard to fight effectively without toes too... Toes are one of the major sources of balance...

For snow he is going to need something stylish like Oscar Apres-Ski boots (or the Thedas equivalent), shoes are not going to do it. Trust me, I look longingly at my Louboutins and cry until Springs.

That would be neat, it could be framed around an inflitration mission (like Kasumi in ME2). I hope they have better "formal" outifts, they were kind of disappointing in DAO. That and me running around in a mini-skirted armor before the Epilogue.

As long as it's not say the striped monstrousity that Judeau from Berserk wore... I'd be okay with it... (No really I love Judeau... But the poor lad had horrendous fashion sense when he tried to foofoo up...) But I forgive him being a mercinary and all...

Aww that would be cute, like in F3 when you go to Reaver's party or whatever, cept maybe this time you know we actually have the option to party before "serious buisness LOL this is a trap" happens the first 3 seconds in <_<

Actually... I have two. I have a speedpaint in photoshop but it's not done yet and photoshop flipped out. Thanks technology. Anyway, this one is going with 'Darkspawn'
Ahem.
In a nameless town almost fifteen miles out from Kirkwall, a woman sat at a booth, tapping her finger against the table absently. Her long black hair waved slightly to the middle of her back, unbound and wild. Her one blue eye traced the wood grain in the table as she listened to the conversation going on around her. Most of it was simply gossip and nothing more - nothing to ease her mind and her finger continued to put out a disjointed rythem. But one talk began to gravitate towards the subject of herself.
"...Did you see that scar?" One whispered, obviously unaware she could hear them.
"Yes - she must have gotten it from a darkspawn."
"Those kinds of scars don't heal like others do."
"It's horrible."
The woman was so engrossed in what they were saying she failed to notice one of her companions had come to stand by the table. She reached up to gingerly touch the bandage that hid her mutilated eye. Fenris simply watched in silence and she simply stayed caught up in her thoughts.
"Lady Hawke!"
She started slightly at the sound of her name and turned to look at the bartender. Seeing Fenris there, she nodded gracefully to him before walking over to the man who desired her presence. Fenris followed her with his gaze, curiosity in his eyes.
X
Later in the night, Logan Hawke sat under on of the trees outside the tavern. She rested her head on the trunk with a sigh. Too foolish she had been to see that once outside of Kirkwall, her eye and scar would once again attract a disgusted attention. A rustle of footsteps made her look up.
"Hello Fenris." She greeted him quietly in her accented voice. She moved over to make room for him. He stood, confused. She gestured for him to sit. Warily, he joined her. "What brings you here at this time of night?"
He was quiet and she waited patiently, looking up into the branches. He had been a slave for so long... She wished he would become more comfortable simply speaking to her.
"Your scar." He started and she gave a soft sigh. She knew this question would come up sooner or later. "How...?"
"A gift from a very angry darkspawn, it was." She murmured. "My home was overwhelmed by the creatures. Bethany fell behind and I did not know. I kept running. When I heard her scream, it was the only thing I could do to push her out of the way."
"You took the blow?" It was more of a flat statement.
"Aye." She said. "And the dull ache serves as a reminder to watch my friends more closely. To fight when I must fight."
They sat in silence for a moment before she spoke.
"While we may be scarred Fenris, it must not hold us back." She said softly. He stiffened when he felt the brush of her fingers on his hand. She paused and when he did not move, gently rested her hand on his.
"It is not so bad." She said with a tired smile and looked away. And Fenris... Fenris was suprised to feel how warm her hand was.

Excellent! I will put it in my folder this time. Finally get rid of the nasty Trojan horse.
