Actually, I might go this way as well...It's very difficult to me to be "evil" in this kind of games (well, except for Oblivion, but...That's a whole other thing.) ...I once planned to make my male!Mahariel a total human-hater little ******, but in the end I couldn't bring myself to even insult Cailan in Ostagar

Cailan never really got upset no matter what I told him expect when I played CityElf and killed that guy. Then Cailan was just shocked lol. I really dont think he was all that bright.

I was even mean to Duncan as an elf Even though Duncan was one of my favorite characters.

How many of you guys are planning to take the rivalry romance route with Fenris? If possible, I'd like my Hawkette and Fenris to start out as a rivalry romance, and then develop into an actual love fest for both sides.

So far, it is a go for me and really looking forward to it. Then again, I could start a play-through and realize it does not fit my character at all.

Same here. I plan on doing rivalry, but who knows what kind of character that would require my Hawkette to become? I don't want her to be evil and obnoxious - I want her to be snarky, stubborn and proud but ultimately a good person. I hope doing a rivalry with someone, romance or not, doesn't only mean that they both have to disagree fundamentally on issues of right and wrong (evil vs. good), but more that they just have abrasive personalities and don't cooperate easily.

I would be in heaven if we get a rivalry romance with Fenris that has lots of arguing between him and Hawke when they first meet as an outlet for their sexual tension (and because they don't want to admit that they like each other). Basically Ron/Hermione, Darcy/Elizabeth are my ideal rivalry romances.

But he was just too sweet XDD...I could never bring myself to be rude to him, I did insulted and made fun of Alistair....And even saved Loghain a couple of times...But not Cailan, NEVER Cailan XDD....

Anyway, back on topic, if Fenris is not a LI then I'M PRETTY SURE I'LL...I'LL....Oh well, I'll still play the game but I'd enjoy it a lot less...'cause that means my Lady Hawke will remain single...

But flirting with every other male she comes across 8U

Yeah I'll be sad if he's not an LI, but if you think about it how many guys are comfirmed to be in your party that are not DLC or your brother? Not very many and I think(hoping) BioWare will give us at least two LI's that are both genders(two girls and two guys) So since we have so few guys in our party that are not DLC or a sibling at this moment the chances are good that Fenis will be a LI.

But hey then again we dont know all the people yet soo we still dont know for sure yet.

Yeah, I'm banking more on the numbers thing at this point. We've got Carver, who is a sibling. Sebastien, who unfortunately, is DLC and unlikely to be a LI. That leaves (of those revealed so far) just Fenris and Varric. We've got that mysterious 'male mage' floating around who may or may not be one, but that is still just one more male. Likely they'll keep to the 2/2 thing, so Fenris at least has a decent shot, when his only nonsibling/non DLC competition is two other guys.
