Oh wow Fenris is so close to his concept art. He looks great. My guess, he is a rogue. I can't wait to meet him ingame and find out his story. I love his design and his story so far and I find him the most interesting companion to date.

Check out the handle its WAY too long to be a 1 handed sword. Just look behind his left ear(his left not yours), and you can totally see more of the handle.

It may be a new 2-hander talent.

Actually I can remember a couple 2-handed attacks in which the character would hold onto the sword with one hand, swing it above their head, and grab it with both once more as it came back diagonally to the right (if you stood behind the character).

I am pretty sure David mentioned it somewhere he's a two-hander...need to dig. Should be between page 5-10.

Dude its a different game, and different animations.  Besides this could be a different attack like a sweeping slash, or a combo finisher or something.

I dig the 2H warrior thing. My male Mahariel was a 2H warrior.



Oh and I love Fenris' hair. The style AND the color. The art team really stepped up their game as far as hair and clothing go, in my book.

You don't always hold a 2H in two hands. To me it looks almost identical to the closing attack Hawke did in the leaked footage. Same motion.

Yeah I like the white hair thing its pretty cool. Though I still have my money on it being a side effect of the lyrium in him. Either that or he has a some crazy hair dye.

I'm almost entirely convinced that Fenny's a warrior now. That sword is massive, and seeing as it's a new game with new attacks, it's not hard to believe there'd be a new slashing animation for two handers.

I'm just pleased he isn't a rogue. I mean Elf rogues are all well and good. But I needed something different for this adventure.

Yeah. Its said that traumatizing, and or truly frightening experiences can turn a persons hair white. I'm sure Lyrium is more than capable of something like that, and give it a glossy sheen to boot.
