I tend to kind of flip around on my iPod depending on my mood, but the problem is my mood is excessively bad and has been for the better part of a week. For some reason this is making most of my collection agitate me.

Whenever I write something or read a book I always put together a playlist that relates to whatever the theme of the piece is supposed to be. This is what I have so far for Fenris.

I second this question. Though it doesn't necessarily have to be Fenris. I'm just needing new fic-inspiring material on the whole.

A while ago I was listening to "Come To Life" by Marie Digby while reading the thread so it got kind of cemented in my head as a Fenris song (or at least, a song about what I'm imagining for a Fenris/Hawke romance, if Fenris is reserved and closed off and Hawke is trying to get him to open up to her).

On another note, I've appointed "Teeth" by Lady Gaga as Isabela's unofficial theme song. It always gives me inspiration for writing when it involves BAMF female characters.

As for what Fenris likes. I think he may be an acoustic kind of guy. Something raw but still good quality.

Definitely Within Temptation, so many of their songs fit IMO.
Also One Moment More  by Mindy Smith really rings with me.

Really, my favorite song for Fenris right now is Zombie by the Cranberries (or the Miser cover, both are good)

I think it fits his whole slavery, brooding vibe quite nicely  Plus, I just LOVE the Cranberries

For a rivalry romance, I'd say Whispers in the Dark - Skillet. Why, you ask? 'despite the lies that you're making, your love is mine for the taking', '...no, you'll never be alone...', '...my love is a burning consuming fire.'
I think the rivalry romance(s) will be violent, possessive, but all the same, loving...but not in a gentle, caring way.
