Mr. Gaider said there would be a character who would pin (I think... this was back when people were ranting about what they wanted for a LI, and note I have the memory equivilent to that of a goldfish) Fem!Hawke against a wall and kiss her...
He did say something like that. But we are not sure if its Fenris or some other character what has not yet to be announced.
My money is on Isabela. Sounds like something she'd do
I don't know... Fenris seems to be one who takes the initiative.
... Hawke opened the door, surprised to see Fenris standing in the archway. His hair was plastered to his skull, those moss-like eyes blazing. "Maker's breath, Fen, how long have you been––"
He stepped inside her house without further greeting and immediately took her face into his damp hands. "Is something wrong? I––" He silenced her with a kiss, not tentative at all but zealous, deep. He wanted––no, needed––something.
She did not object when he pushed her up against the wall, a knee rammed between her legs almost angrily, his bare feet leaving wet prints on the floor...

Heh anyone else make a screenshot of him your desktop wallpaper? x3 Im so fangirling over this guy already. Im going to be so obsessed with him in the game. Its like what happened with Alistair all over again. He has to be a LI! How can Bioware make such a cool and nice looking character without making him a LI?That would be just plain torture.
We need to put this at least in the first page. Or people keep asking about it every couple of pages.

and

Both of them are avaliable for larger vision download at deviantart.
Tank
EDIT. Wait...they are avaliable in the first page, under Ankuu's first thread comment. From banners to basic info to link to the old MEG thread, as well as several fan groups that's avaliable here and deviant art.

It will be revealed that the lyrium in Fenris' body is slowly killing him, ala Thane. You heard it from me first. :|
*cries* Noooo...
Thane dangling by a thread is bad enough.

For the love of all that is pure in this world I certainly hope not. The fans already have Thane's illness to deal with, adding yet another character - and potential LI at that- with a grim scenario could lead to outright revolt amongst the fanbase.IndigoWolfe wrote...

(That said however, I do hope that the lyrium does negatively impact him in some manner beyond the memory problems. If only because they've constantly hammered it into our heads that lyrium -or at least the unrefined variety- can mess you up pretty badly if handled in an improper manner.)

I'd say they are revolting enough already.

I just thought... if dwarves, who are moderately resistant to lyrium and its effects, can still be seriously injured by it, then my human PC should be ill or something after touching eight mounds of it.
I do hope that the lyrium imprinting brings some form of negative consequence to Fenris, though hopefully not as drastic as Thane's illness.

"Carnations." I said, unconsciously answering his question, "Wait! I didn't want you to know that!"
The elf smirked at my failed recovery, "I thank you, Carver." He handed the shopkeeper a small pouch of silver, and in return recieved a single, scarlet flower.
Fenris lifted the flower to his face to inhale the smell, "A lovely flower, almost as lovely as your dear sister..."
My eyes darted to the otherside of the market, barely able to see my eldest sister at a stall with Isabella, looking at foreign dresses, through the mob of people that frequented the marketplace every day.
"You shouldn't be so quick to try and woo her, Fen," I told him as we aimlessly drifted around, falling into the current of the crowd, "For all we know, you could have had a wife before you lost your memory."
He skeptically laughed, "I do not feel as if I have married! I do not feel a connection to another living person...well aside from Margaret..." his soft eyes tenderly looking to her as we came closer. Eerily coincidencial, she happened to turn and look to us, and smile shyly.
"I find it funny, Carver. You are the youngest out of the three Hawke children, and yet you try to keep me away from her as if you were an older brother fending off suitors from his younger sister." he smiled back, cocking an eyebrow.
"I don't find it funny that you treat me as a child, totally disregarding what I tell you--"I began as we joined the two women.
"Margaret! Look at this one!" Isabella's voice cut me off, only to thrust a ridiculously skimpy dress in our faces.
My sister looked at it as if Isabella had just held the head of a darkspawn in her face," Certainly not, Isabella. People will not take us seriously if I parade around in that ghastly thing!"
Her hazel eyes glanced at Fenris, whose face told us he was picturing Margaret in the dress, causing her pale cheeks to redden.
THIS IS WHY I DRAW!

I'm all for negative consequences to his lyrium injections. I think they would add some depth to his story. I just really, really don't want to see another 'I'm dying.' gut-punch like I got with Thane. I can't think of any nice ideas offhand, though
Just no dead Fenris. Or dying Fenris.
You know, from what I learned in Origin and Awakening, they all had this chances of dying, depends on who the main baddy is in DA II, which, by the way, haven't even been reveal yet. And I srsly doubt it is another archdemon, or Mother, or Architect....
Oh, and Maera, yes, I see Jake, too. Love that movie to bits.

This is a woobie.
Suffering from awful lyrium-related side effects would stick him firmly on the list o' woobies.
Hopefully a stoic woobie.
