There could be a plot-related reason why there's a three member limit. I mean, if all our companions have their own lives in Kirkwall helping Hawke might not always be possible:

Fenris' to do list:

-Breakfast

-Laundry

-Shake fist menacingly in the general direction of the Magister's tower

-Lunch

-Take a stroll in the Deep Roads with Hawke and the rest of the pary

-Dinner

-Brood

-Bedtime

The mental image coupled with this line actually made me snort I was laughing so hard. Thanks, man, it was kind of embarrassing.

I love her hair... that's kind of how I want my Hawkette to look.

It always made me sad I couldn't get thick, curly-ish hair for my Warden, even with mods. And by that I mean natural looking curls, not like she spent two hours on them with a curling iron. ^_^ (I'm desperately waiting for the 'Triss hair' from Rapture's Witcher over at the Nexus).

Hey guys, wonderful stories! Posted Image It's nice to se so many different takes on Fen's personality.

On the subject of jealousy. I could imagine him feeling jealousy to a lesser degree towards any rival, but wouldn't act upon in very much, since he accept that in would be Hawke's decision whom she loves.
Regarding feelings in general, I see Fen as a person who would act upon romantic feelings in very subtle ways, and would probably be kind of amazed that Hawke would return his romantic feelings over a more outspoken LI. I don't see Fen as someone who would be very confident socially. I mean, if people treat you badly for too long you loose faith in other people. You simply stop believing they want to do you any good. It can be a very slow process to even accept that people can actually care for you and honestly mean any nice thing they say or do to you, this covers both friendships and romantic relationships.

Regarding possessive-Fen. I see the idea that his lover would mean anything to him, but could never imagine Fen acting out any kind of possessive "ownership related" behavior, as in "She mine!". I like the stories about him being that way, but wouldn't like to see it in-game.

Hope I didn't tire you all too much with all my text. Posted Image

A possessive Fenris could be interesting. As long as he doesn't pull a "Sookeh is mine!" on us. :D

Hmm, hello everyone :) I'm usually more prone to lurking around the forums, in fact I can't even remember if I've posted anywhere before D: Anyway, I think Fenris has the potential to be a very interesting companion, hence why I actually decided to join you guys and post for once >=] It's weird, have any of you just seen a character in a game before without knowing much about them, and thinking 'Yeah, they're gonna be so awesome'. It's when my Warden first met Alistair, I knew I wanted him as my character's best friend forever :] Well even if they were more than friends eventually *cough*

I love season 3 when Sookie is like, "I'm half expecting him to walk through this door right now and go, *puts hand to face melodramatically* Sookeh..."

It's always wonderful when a Lurker appears and introduces themself, please pull up a seat and partake of cake.

I've had this feeling about many characters but this is the first time I've actually sat and talked with people on a thread about it lol. Also my first run through was as a guy but I still loved my bromance with Alistair, shame his dialog kinda stops after awhile :/

Welcome, Tsamo! I lurk a lot, too so no worries. I was the same way toward Alistair. I didn't join the forums until after I'd already beaten the game so I had no idea what to expect. I think a sense of humor is the most important trait anyone can have and seeing how he used jokes and such to hide his awkwardness/sadness just made him even more endearing. And then watching him become more confident in himself was that much more awesome.

And we all are gushing over Fenris even though we have no idea what he's like really. He looks like he has a story to tell and I can't wait to hear it.

@Wynne: Thank you so much for the compliment! <3 I'm glad you liked it.

I love the long hair too. I'm so glad Mike Laidlaw said there'd be long hair in DA2.  <3 I just about died when he announced it. I can hardly wait to see it.
*imagines her Hawke with lovely long hair* :D

Also: good news!

I lol'd.
Context=Mage hats look like condoms with teeth.

Sorry for the off topic it just made me lol. Maybe if we had more info we could stop resorting to such foolery ;)

Non fattening cookies? Rose? Then their not cookies if their not fattening. Did you learn nothing from the Keebler elf you burned?

Yes, she would strangle people with it. Or braid it and attempt to blugeon people with her hair.

Yes. I learned lots of things from the *now extra crispy* Keebler elf.

This includes how to make non-fattening virtual cookies.

I have a question: how many of you RP a character and never deviate from your in-game personality?

I have tried to play completely a selfish, ruthless and evil slaughtering machine but I find that there are still some choices I could not make (like killing Zev, I could imagine my character saying to Morrigan - "if he even blinks at the me the wrong way kill him" but in the end I always spared his life).

For those of you who do, would you kill Fenris if you had the choice?

It's hard to be evil to BW characters because they usually all turn out to be lovable in their own way. *cept for Velanna I had no problem killing her stank behind* also no killing Fenris for me, I'll be Youtubing that.

I try lol. I attempt a playthrough with as many different paths as possible. I haven't been able to betray Alistair yet <3 (Which I know I am missing a whole companion because of)

Killing Zev wasn't that game changing (Other than you miss a character) but if killing Fen gave you an entirley different game scenario/ending I may be tempted to do it once just so I can see as much of the game's content as possible. If it is an option to just kill him but it doesn't affect the game (like Zev) I probablly wouldn't.

I wouldn't even be able to Youtube it. Sometimes, I just love characters so much I can't even watch others be mean to them.
