I personally was never a great fan of Anders and was secretly hoping to see Nate again. But Anders is, in my opinion, third best companion in Awakenings.



Prolly the only person here who liked both Nate and Sigrun better than him.



This isn't to say that I don't think he's a good character or good-looking. Just always reminded me of Alistair a bit too much.

 Am I the only freak here not pleased by the return of Anders? Hmm... I guess so. But I am SO pleased by Mage!Hawke's fighting skills there-- my Origins mages are all completely jealous.



Ah well... I'm still disappointed-- will we ever get to see Fenris in action? Or will he be exiled by all the devs except Ser Gaider to a dark, lonely corner?

No, I'm disappointed b/c Anders is already on my reject pile as LI.  I could change my mind (stranger things have happened), but that's why I mean I'm hoping Fenris is as hot as he looks.

You're not the only one.   I don't think he's like Alistair though.  At least we will hopefully get a Nate cameo.  Makes me wibble a little that somewhere early on, Gaider said he wanted Nate to be an LI out of all the Awakening companions.  Too bad, so sad.

Anyway, Fenris looks good so that's where I'm pinning my hopes for DA2 romance.
