It's really impossible to tell without more clues. I mean does unique accent mean accent from a specific place or just a distinctive voice. For instance, you can tell who Steve Blum as soon as he says two words, so is that what is meant by unique accent? And major RPG could be anything. If this person had worked for Bioware, then maybe we could tell. It's just like throwing darts at the wall right now.

Yes, Fenris is "skippable." Then again, so was Zevran in DA:O. If you see an unconscious, white-hair elfboy, don't kill him!

''bloody flame what was thoose thing'' was fenris... and its look like he is rolling is ''r'' he is rolling.. so i think its not an english or .. american accent maybe french not from paris.. but a ''je parle le francais'' accent, and i definitly heard that voice before.. and im not english... i know i heard it somewhere.. im sure i will find out enough soon who the hell is va fenris!!!
