Since Anders is dealing with refugees, he is probably outside the city as well.

Nonetheless, a good find.    I'm convinced.  It does really sound like him.

I wonder if that would mean future Tevinter characters would also sound South African.  If so, that would be cool- I like the accent.  Sort of an exotic British-German mix to an American ear.
