So, Mr. Gaider, is prejudice against Mages (which I would understand, considering his past)? If so, what will be his initial reaction to a Mage!Hawke?

Merchant: Fifty? That's robbery. Look at him, he's got highly detailed pinstriping, and he comes with the underglow option. Clearly an elf of this caliber is worth more along the lines of a hundred sovereigns.
Hawke: A hundred?! You can't be serious, does he at least come with a warranty?
Merchant: Lady, I'll ask you this. What will it take for me to sell you this fine elf today?
Hawke: How about a test drive? (Isabela snickers)
Fenris: I hate my life.

I personally want to know at least how we happen across this pretty little elven boy, and where. I hate walking into games blind.Miss a whole bunch of things that way. Learning that, his VA and getting an LI confirmation will be enough for me.
Near as I can tell from reading and picking up things on the thread, my guess is that Fenris is the runaway slave that we're contracted to hunt down and return to his Kirkwall master (not the Magister)
O_O
So I'm not the only one who has recently sprouted this idea?
Can I hug you?

I think that would earn you THE FENRIS EYEBROW .
Ah, so another character where we read all the emotions in those delicious eyebrows? (Referring to Nathaniel as the other character).

basically, I believe that she wants to avoid getting the thread locked with an extended discussion on slavery, which is why I toned down/self edited some of my comments to avoid the discussion from really taking off

And pssst, Mr. Gaider, I find it highly suspicious that you have yet to confirm or deny that Gideon Emery is his VA.

Welcome to the party, Danger! To the left are the refreshments, to the right is a shrine, and over there is the (rather faulty) Gaider Summoning Circle.
-noms on cookies-
The summoning circle seems to have worked, however. Shall we work on that truth serum, now?
Fen is making me want to write a fanfic now, but it'd involve such blatant self-insertion (that sounded dirty. o.O) that the MarySue version of the Chantry would come to destroy me.
It'd be worth it tho.

Ooh, is Fenris pro-Chantry or anti-Chantry? Because if he's pro-Chantry...I will be heartbroken.
Depends on what kind of pro-chantry. Leli wasn't that bad, neither was Alistair. As long as he's not like Kelli (meet her in the Mage origin - wanted to slap her).

Well we're kind of racking up the anti-Chantry folks, between Anders and Merrill (who probably at least won't be pro even if she's not a shem-hater). Carver sneers about "your templars" in one video, but who knows really. Bethany is an apostate so not likely big on the Chantry. I imagine Aveline is pretty Andrastian since she married a templar. I would say there's a good chance that Fenris is pro-Chantry at least in thinking that mages need a leash.Deliciously-Demonic wrote...
