@Tashash, don't worry about those. Worry about his eyebrow instead.
I jest.

I would say there's a good chance that Fenris is pro-Chantry at least in thinking that mages need a leash.

The Fenris Eyebrow probably works along these lines:
Random Bounty Hunter: (panting) Well met elf, your master clearly did not lie about your prowess with a blade. I am clearly no challenge for you in blade, to blade combat, however it seems to be quite uncivilized for us to settle this matter with bloodshed. We shall settle this like gentlemen, I challenge you to a staring contest.
Varric: I'm not so sure you want to do that buddy.
RBH: Nonsense, it is the honorable thing to do. Alright elf, ready. Set. Go.
(Fenris stares at the bounty hunter with a blank expression. As time passes the bounty hunter's concentration starts to weaken. Fenris raises an eybrow, causing the hunter's knees to shake, the elf then proceeds to raise his other eyebrow, causing the bounty hunter to explode in a bright flash of light.)
Fenris: (smirking) You blinked.

That would make it interesting if Hawke was being played as an apostate. Ya know, if Fen is indeed an LI option.

Ooh, is Fenris pro-Chantry or anti-Chantry? Because if he's pro-Chantry...I will be heartbroken.

Hey, where can I find the prompts? They don't appear to be in the Fenris group. :/ Not the new ones, at least.

If he comes down that way, I would hope there would be chances to talk about how mages are an oppressed class under the White Chantry. Should be interesting.

I dunno... from my understanding, he escaped his master in tevinter. didn't her 'cargo' come from ferelden?
of course, i might have looked at that wrong. it's late and i need mah sleep.

Y'know, Gaider did say he wrote a romance for this game. And he is only writing one follower, that follower being dear Fenris.
There is a conclusion to be drawn here.

I found it hard to play anything but mages after a few runs through DAO. Why stab things when you can blow them up with your mind? I really like the new mage animations and most of the spell effects (not so crazy about the rock armor) plus with the templar plot line and meeting a Dalish mage, that's like a slam dunk. And my first import will likely be an elf mage- probably my avatar mage- so I'm hoping there's a chance to comment on that.Tashash wrote...

Hawke: I'll give you fifty sovereigns for the elf.
Merchant: Fifty? That's robbery. Look at him, he's got highly detailed pinstriping, and he comes with the underglow option. Clearly an elf of this caliber is worth more along the lines of a hundred sovereigns.
Hawke: A hundred?! You can't be serious, does he at least come with a warranty?
Merchant: Lady, I'll ask you this. What will it take for me to sell you this fine elf today?
Hawke: How about a test drive? (Isabela snickers)
Fenris: I hate my life.

This reminds me of this fanart which I love- probably my favorite of Fenris that I've seen yet, though Tamyn and Pseudo are both bargaining hard for that spot.
