Tank was worried that Fenris would only be romacable for Male!Hawke, not if he was bi.

It's been pretty thoroughy explained that m/m or f/f relationship comes by way of a bisexual character for cost reasons, so... why worry?

There'll never be a need to worry for this either,  actually.  It has been mentioned that there will likely never be a full-on/100% gay romance for various reasons (probably including content cost, etc.)  All romances should be expected to be straight or bi,  at least for the foreseeable future.

Pretty much this. I doubt that any of the LI's in this game will have an impact similar to Alistair and Morrigan.

We know so little about Fenris that him being the bi LI wouldn't change how I view him at all.

But I have to admit that I'm rooting for Fenris to be the bi LI for my male Hawke. I love Anders and I wouldn't mind Sebastian or Varric, but Fenris appeals to me the most.

Personally, I don't really care either way...as when I play female characters I usually have someone I want them to romance in straight LI reference first before just winging it from then on out. My male characters by contrast are always straight... but this never bothered me in the slightest.

As long as I can romance him with my straight Hawke in my game, why should I be bothered that they're giving others that option with their gay Hawke? I don't have to play it that way, it doesn't affect me directly, so more power to them.

Oh my goodness! His voice! I love Gideon Emery. Fenris sounds so much more charming than I expected (not that it's a bad thing). Though his charming-ness might just be an effect of my days playing FF12. Balthier was my favourite

I agree.  There's really no reason to think about it in terms of gay/straight for the bi option.  If you're a guy and you're with a guy,  then he's effectively in a gay relationship.  Regardless of that,  there's not usually other opportunities (unless he's Zevran ) for him to show his interest in girls.  If you're a girl romancing a guy,  he's not going to be like "Omg look at dat hawt boiz."  In that situation,  he's effectively straight...because he's in a straight romantic relationship.  Bi only means he (or she) is open to both.

Oh I am so in love with Fenris's voice. If possible I would have preferred to hear it and see his face at the same time but us fangirls can't be too picky when we finally get to hear his voice.

  Basically, this. If Fenris is bi, he's still going to be available to Lady Hawke, so I don't see why this particular trait of his character should be something to apparently be concerned about. I doubt that sexuality is going to be a big part of his character like it was for Zevran, so gender might not even be something he'll dwell over.

It kind of disappoints me how negatively some people react to the possibility of a bi LI (I think I saw someone in a thread rant about how they weren't going to buy the game if Fenris or Anders were bi), but I guess I'm not surprised.
