Oh no! Now you know how long I was trolling before I got up the courage to join in.
That idea was all nightcobra's though Deliciously-Demonic . I just brought it on over to page 655.
it took a while but i found it:P, it was from way back when we didn't know much about him and at the time i thought he could be an arlathan elf.
it's not much but here it is:
one night, one fated night... it was all it took for arlathan to fall, and who could have know that the one to cause it was one of it's own, he...who was one of arlathan's fiercest defenders, he who believed the elves to be the superior race was also the one to inadvertedly betray it, for he fell in love with a elven woman while he was out patrolling the borders. she was injured and he thought to himself that she would surely perish should he abandon her, so he took her to inside arlathan and did his best to heal her wounds. she soon recovered and the two lived lived in arlathan's hallowed halls, all seemed well...until one night.
as the warrior went to meet with his beloved, but she was nowhere to be found...
suddenly, the ground shook and even though it was night, the sky had an unnatural darkness to it almost as if it would engulf the earth...the warrior hurried to see what was happening in the city, it was total chaos and the people were in a panic seeing their city being destroyed by demons and foul magic. amidst the fleeing citizens the warrior fought valiantly but he was no match to these sheer numbers, he fell onto the ground as the city he loved was destroyed before his very eyes.
when he awoke he found himself chained and in a cell with his body covered in gashes and wounds, seeing a guard pass by, he shouted:
"where am i?! what happened to the others?!"
the guard then replied that his city was no more, that he and his knife eared friends got what they deserved for defying the imperium. enraged, the warrior threw himself at the bars trying to reach the guard even though he knew it was of no use.
after a while, he heard a someone coming near the cell, he was shocked, in front of him stood the woman he loved. she identified herself as one of tevinter's mages, that she was the one that enabled tevinter to strike at arlathan, he then asked her as to why did she do it, why did she abandon her kin.
she gave him no answer...then started to mutter an incantation, as she went on, glowing marks slowly appeared on the warrior's body.
after the spell was done, the woman only had this to say before she disappeared:
"from now on, this is your leash"
those were the last words he heard from her.
